Membership terminated over protesting bad customer service! I asked Jessica for my monthly payment statement and she asked me to scan my membership card. I did. And was waiting. There was a guy behind me who Jessica scanned on my left side scanner. Then the guy walked to the refrigerator and grabbed 2 bottles of water and got behind me to make a payment. She walked to to the left scanner again and started to process the payment on his account. In the meantime, there was another customer bought something and got behind me. This kid, Brandon walked up to my face and asked the customer behind me to sign for payment. I asked : "What about me? This not a good customer service". Brandon, with a sarcastic smile on his face said "Relax". I asked "For what? This is bad customer service". He points fingers at me and said, "I'm terminating your membership", without even asking me what I was complaining about. Just like that! The authority can watch the surveillance camera around 7:45 this evening to verify my story. I'm in a red, sleeveless shirt. The management can ask Jose or Josh about me. They would utter my name from miles away and would ask how I was every time they saw me.
I'm a very cool, collected individual and all I was trying to say that keeping me standing and serving people who are behind me was a bad customer service. Not to mention, after a few mouse movements, Brandon asked me "leave right now" like a stray dog. He NEVER asked me what I was complaining about, the video will show he never talked to Jessica.

Decided to think he was high and entitled to say that my mother disrespected him because I called her because I needed to give her some information that was important. Mind you I don't call my mother while I'm at work. Mind you not even 20 seconds into the conversation he tells her to get off the phone that she was disrupting the people around her. There was no one around my mother I know I wasn't there but my mother wouldn't lie. My mother told him to give him a minute that she was on the phone with her daughter she'll hang up. She didn't even have an opportunity to tell me that she had to hang up before he was harassing again. I get a call not even 5 min later from my mother that the sensitive cleaning boy said that she disrespected him and cancelled her membership. If i had a dollar for every person that is always on their phone at that gym I would be rich. Worst treatment ever. This was her first offense and she was worried because I never call her during work. Maybe you should train your staff to respect your elders and not be so title entitled and didn't even report it to its superior and not to be so sensitive babies. Saying my plan doesn’t allow me to bring guests it use to when I had it before I said and they said no it’s not allowed on my plan I said how much is it to add it they said they didn’t know because I signed up online I told them that I get emails all the time that said with the membership you can bring a guest! Very disappointed that this is how you treat a returning member that was going to add my son and wife . I asked for the manager they said that there was not one on Duty! What happened to customer service? My son got a free summer membership for Planet Fitness! And you won’t even let me bring a guests so I told the girl to cancel my membership asap very disappointed and I will be leaving negative reviews all over if they are not held accountable and if I don’t get an apology very rude girls! They should be written up asap! They didn’t have name tags so I have no idea what there names are but you lost me as a customer forever and I will tell all my friends and family members about LA Fitness
