Pleasant Hill Commons — Attraction in Kissimmee

The parking lot is always packed, they need to have security, everyone parks in the cross walk, they drive around the people walking across the crosswalk, there’s always people fighting, it’s a mess, makes you not want to go there and they have a really good nail salon and Japanese restaurant there the set up going around the Burger King is the worst blind spot, people run that stop sign, the entrance from pleasant hill is too steep you will bottom the whole car trying to turn in there if you don’t angle it and creep up, which is hard because the traffic turning left into there is impossible...

The Metropcs store at this location has poor customer service. I went in for a phone check & Brian insisted on selling me a phone that i do not need. Once he realized i wasn't buying a phone, he lost complete interest in me & decided to help the next customer. When I asked for my issue to be resolved, he said he couldn't help me because my phone is old...I explained to him that my 2nd phone is exactly the same, I've never had issues with either one until now. He said he didn't know what to say. His tone of voice & look on his face told me he didn't care...I walked out, called hq & filed...

When you call the hours say until 4pm. When you get there on the door they have until 3:30. If you call yo speak to an actual person no matter the time they dont pick up the phone. It took me 30 minutes to get to this location so I can be there by 3:30. Please correct your hours either on your automated voice message or your door.
