Today, I had to contact their Pizza Hut Corporate Office who advised to put in a complaint on-line with them which we then did. We Ordered a Pizza for Carry Out at Approximately 6:48AM on 07/28/2023 (Gave Confirmation Number to them for reference) to pick up at 1:30PM. I called the store directly at 11:30AM, A man answered and he changed the time from 1:30PM to 12:15PM as we requested after he confirmed our order in their system. I arrived at the store at 12:16PM and a lady yelled from the back "I'll be right with you". We waited a long time. She finally came out from the back with a bad attidude already and said she did NOT have our order in the system. I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager". I then showed her my online receipt. Only then did she find my order in her system. She stated to “come back at 1:30PM”. I told her a man had changed the time for us; she said "I'm here alone" which was a lie as we could see a man in the back through the glass pizza holder case. She said she will cancel the order, but when we checked, she never credited our card. She was clearly overwhelmed and did not want to be there and clearly hates her job. Also, like to add that this store needs to be cleaned. Floors, counter tops dirity, glass door full of finger prints. Putting in Claim with Master Card. This store has gone way down. Read moreMost DISGUSTING attitude from the cashier. She was closing on Wednesday night the 24th and got my order wrong. I placed it over the phone and asked slowly for a large pan cheese and she made a large beef pizza and when I told her I ordered a large pan cheese she printed out a receipt pointed it in my face and said that’s not what you said and it’s on the receipt multiple times then got a nasty attitude proceeded to throw sauce packets at me and swear loudly before saying she’ll remake the pizza. I told her I do not want it(considering the nasty experience I just got I do not trust her to handle my food) so I asked for a refund but she said I’m gonna have to come back Friday and ask the general manager. She was the cashier closing night she was blond has freckles and about 5’10 …….. if the owner is seeing this please review the camera footage closing shift January 24, she said she was the manager and if that is true I’m sure you can find literally ANYBODY better with some sort of accountability and respect because her attitude was very childish...
Read moreTerrible customer service! I ordered pizza and wings and they said it would take 30mins but it was over 2 hours and no one had showed up to deliver my order. I called the store multiple times to find out what was going on and they constantly put me on hold for an hour and then would hang up on me. I went to the store in person that same day and they said the driver had the food and they couldn't refund my money until the driver returned. I went home and the food was left outside completely cold and the wing boxes were smashed in. I can't call because no one answers my phone call and they try not to give you your money back. They didn't even offer to replace the food or give me a free pizza for it taking so long. Unacceptable and horrible experience. I have always ordered from here and have never been treated this terrible....will never go to this location again. Do not waste your time with this location and go somewhere else and in person...
