I’ve ordered from this company 3 times and I have to, say their customer service is subpar. I live in Florida as well so I don’t understand why it takes weeks for them to ship the product.

If I pay for my product I expect it to be shipped in a prompt manner. If I email you I expect an email back. Where’s the professionalism? Not here!. This is why certain Latinos can’t have successful businesses. They lack the work ethic it takes to make it in the long haul.

I made a purchase on Jan 14. ( in stock product) Today is Jan. 29th and I’m still waiting for a shipment confirmation or even a reply to my emails. Wife Bought a faja after BBL. With new measurements of her body the faja did not fit. It didn’t even go past her thighs. Product was never used. Contacted the business for exchange. She requested to have faja be sent back. SENT cash for future mailing delivery fee. Paid over $20 to overnight the product. 10 days later. Multiple calls, txt and emails. NO ANSWER. No acknowledgement of delivery. NOTHING. Eventually, checked mail. See a bag from NR Curvy. Her thinking she sent a replacement. NOPE. she sent the faja that didn’t fit back.
