Ramos Latin Market — Attraction in Milford Mill

I wish I could give a half a star. Absolutely racist, unprofessional, and rude. Why do you have a business in a predominately black neighborhood if you do not like black people? How do you make money by just picking and choosing who you want to serve? I am curious. If they walked into my establishment, I would have never treated them that way. With the horrible treatment, they lost a potentially loyal customer. Not one but many other customers.

After reading all reviews I was very hesitant to go. Glad I did. I ordered carne asada and pupusas. They were great, I would say meat needed little more salt but it combined with other sides it was good. I read a lot of people complaining of people's attitude and rudeness. I didn't experience any of that. Every one was kind I was greeted on my way in and out. A gentlemen was saying he had tried pollo con tajadas and it was delicious and he was ordering again. NO COMPRES COMIDA EN ESTE LUGAR!!!! yo ordené mi comida por teléfono y cuando llegó pregunté por mi comida me dijeron no está lista ….. espere y bueno page luego me dan el recibo y veo y me doy cuenta que los precios son totalmente diferentes a lo que está en línea y a los precios que están en la tienda en el menú de afuera vengo y le pregunto a la señora que porque los precios cambian y me dice que no lo han actualizado bueno dije ok no hay problema luego llego a mi casa con mis hijos para comer y yo pedí unas pupusas con chicharrón y queso ojo (chicharrón y queso ) nunca dije con frijoles vengo y llamo y me dice la persona que me respondió que le pusieron frijoles porque le habían sobrado y yo me quedé asombrada porque eso no fue lo que yo pedí entonces le dije que quería mi dinero devuelta tuve que regresar es la peor experiencia solo de imaginarse que cuando llamé para reclamar me hallan dicho algo así que se espera de la demás comida que se ordena que te den las sobras y aparte de eso las pupusas no fue lo único que pedí mi orden completa fue unas baleadas, tajadas con pollo y 6 pupusas total me devolvieron mi dinero...
