Placed an order in the app for 2 slushy, and was given the option to get the redbull slushy foe free because I used the app. Waited 20 minutes and the "car hop" came to the car to let me know they were not serving the redbull slushy anymore but I could get another slushy or sundae in it's place,I opted foe the plain caramel sundae. After another 20 minutes I flagged down another hop asking for the status, she said she go check. 10 more minutes- nothing. I have now been waiting an hour for 2 slushy...no food,nothing cooked. I go knock on the door, no one comes. I knock again, still no answer. I bang on the door an out pops Mr Attitude why you bang like that. I tried not to go off but my attitude took over -When explaining everything & showed my timed receipt Polly Sunshine appeared, I got my money refund and they gave me a credit towards my next visit....I...

I HATE THIS LOCATION. I went a few weeks ago to and ordered those cinnasnacks. They gave it to me w/o the icing. I hopped back in the drive through immediately only for the person in the window to ask me for a receipt that I had trouble locating but it was less than 30 sec that I had just left the window. I find my receipt. By this time cinnasticks are cold and I just ask for a brand new order of them. They refused which I then asked to speak with the manager who then replaced the snacks but gave me a rock frozen icing 😡. Today out of lack of judgment, I go and the intercom in I’m assuming faulty because I couldn’t make out what they were saying and vice versa. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Placed an order through web at 10pm set food to order ASAP so they would get the order right away, got to location at 10:10, pulled into a spot and put my number in, it popped up that I was checked in on my phone and the sonic screen. Sat there until 10:35 then went through the drive through, they said they didn't have any of my shakes since they shut the machine down early for some reason, I already got charged. Ended up getting cold food and the only soda in the order the ice was melted so it had been sitting. I asked what to do about the shakes and they offered me slushes instead, turned to my passenger to see if they wanted a slush and they closed the window and walked away.
