Golden Dragon Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Milford Mill

First & Last time eating from here!!! I debated writing this review because I don't believe in passing on negative energy but the mgmt here has no problem yelling at customers. Calling in brings you to a call service. When I called I ordered off the online menu...HUGE MISTAKE! The menu isn't updated but the call service won't tell you that. When I went in to get my order, I questioned the total after payment because you know....math. 2 combo plates from the combo section of the menu and 2 eggrolls should not be $48 if each plate I ordered was less than $16 and the eggrolls.were $9.50 total. When I asked for an itemized receipt, because I was only given the totals on my card receipt, and questioned the totals based on the online and in store menu, I was told the website wasn't updated, and I needed to check the prices on the wall. I noticed one plate was charged $3 more than the wall price. When I asked why this was, I was told I didn't order what I said I ordered and the call center submitted my order as a platter. When I pressed on saying that's incorrect, the cashier asked if I would like to speak to a mgr and I said yes. The mgr came out and asked what happened and before I could explain fully, I was told she was retrieved because of my attitude and was told to calm down. (Untrue since I was given the option of speaking with a mgr and did not request one) She then called the call ctr and asked if I ordered what I said I did, of course this person replied no. When I said that didn't prove anything, she said "well he would have asked you what else u wanted with the combo and he didn't so you didn't order that" I told her that didnt prove anything since I ordered from what was available on the website to which she replied " you cant play around with the Internet " At this point I was upset and amazed at how the business is relying on a call service and flat out calls the customer a liar...also I still DID NOT have food that I already paid for. She finally asked what I wanted and I pulled up the website to show the menu one final time. I was eventually given the price difference after a litany of "what we not gonna do is disrespect my daughter" and more defensive comments that had nothing to do with the actual situation. I kindly accepted my cash difference, corrected meal and left. This whole situation sucks because the food wasn't even good enough for all the drama that ensued. I would have felt better about the interaction if the food was not bland and greasy. Don't waste your money or manners on this establishment. Wish I could...

I only give it two for customer service !! The food is ALWAYS good!

I came here for YEARS before they turned it into a bar (which I thought was great)

Anywho I've been coming here for awhile not too often to be a regular once the bar opened but I'm here enough and VERY nice to everyone

So stank butt waitress almost got cussed out by me for the following reasons !

I was yelled at because I was holding three seats for my friends like there weren't 5 other seats next to me that customers could use to sit in her section ! First off I'm not a child I work hard and where I spend my money and TIP MONEY I'd like to be treated as a valued customer... seeing as you need your tips to make ends meet. So once she yelled that I was holding up her REGULARS I told her fine but it must not have been enough for me to respectfully agree to her wishes to not hold my seats because her MANLY woman manager came over and pulled out the chair like "do you know our seat policy" as if they had a sign up saying "no holding seats"... I'm like lady please don't I already told your waitress it was fine, I did not get smart with her so to come over here and tell me twice like we had a problem PISSED me off !

Just RUDE! it's like they don't pay their customers any mind but the regulars ! I'd like to be checked on once I get my food to make sure I like it (one to two bites and you should verify your customers are satisfied) and they NEVER do! They want to be in their regular customers face like other people don't tip! Mind you I used to be a waitress so I am actually an over tipper ! She lost a lot of money when I told my friends !

She was so concerned about one or two regular customers sitting directly next to me when they could've sat on the other side or one seat down on my other side (both sides of me had available seats for the people that wanted to sit near me, I just needed three next to me) ! I had 6 friends end up showing up and I made sure she didn't get ANYTHING !

Food was good. Drinks was good. Music was good. Our waitress was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. The waitress name was Tamira. Where do I start. She did not make us feel welcomed. Tamira did not make eye contact with us (party of 3) the entire time. She did not ask if we wanted water, we had to ask. She carried an attitude the entire time while servicing us. She sat at a table beside use the entire time on her phone. My friend bill was $39.31 (gratuity already included). My friend gave her $40 for her bill. Tamira did not bring her change (.69). We had to ask for her change and we only asked for it because she was rude the entire time we was there. She got my friend change from the center bar area and was running her mouth to the bartender. Then she came and set the change and receipt on the table. My other friend asked to speak to a manager which I am not sure if it will get resolved because the manager did not even come to our table to hear what we had to say. Instead she stayed in the center bar area.

4/1/2024 Went for Carryout all these years later and it’s gotten worse than my initial review above. Not like they use to be…..I always could count on their fried rice when I have taste for it. Well tonight was my last time taking this drive being as though I live an hour away. Tonight I ordered general tso (white meat) chicken and my usual, crab & shrimp fried rice and 2 shrimp egg rolls. EVERYTHING WAS SO GREASY! Like dripping cooking oil greasy (see pictures), through both the paper and plastic bags. I had to put the egg rolls in a quart size sandwich bag. The general tso is mushy when should have a little crisp to it. The shrimp/crab fried rice what I noticed is less crabmeat and slim to none shrimp, I counted 4. Not too mention the rice is gritty and mushy at the same time (see pictures). As mentioned before, my egg rolls has oil dripping literally...
