Liberty Pizza & Sub — Restaurant in Maryland

This is my second time ordering / delivery and the order was completely wrong and it took two hours and twenty mins to receive . When we (3 person party) called they reported that the driver has been calling which was false as we were sitting outside due to the weather being nice . Then when they arrived the order was wrong . When i called to speak with the manger they hung up on me twice . Called back the third time (the charm rt) and the manager attempted to lie about what I ordered but I hv the order receipt and began to tell me that the person that took my order was gone for the night... Which didn’t matter to me as I hv the order receipt !!!! When I explained that what they placed on my food I didn’t order due to me being allergic and if they could remake the sandwich(s) I was told that we are closed and I could get a refund ... in me requesting how the refund would be reimbursed the manager hung up . I’m in the food industry and know how this works..... I do not recommend this establishment at this time..... theeeee only reason I tried them again was due to the third party of my group really wanting to try them . The blatant disregarded of my request due to my allergy was upsetting . The disrespect that I received from all parties at this establishment was irreconcilable. I will be contacting them in the morning . Liberty Pizza &Sub you are in My neighborhood and selling a good - we the people of my neighborhood demand that we are respected in such a manner that customer service is at the forefront. I never write bad reviews nor go to this extinct but, I will not allow this to happen to me or anyone else in my neighborhood. I will be calling in the morning and contacting all needed parties . I ordered at 11:21pm and they said 25-25 minutes. I had never heard of them or tried them before but it was late and I wanted speed primarily. So I picked them because they had the fastest delivery time at that hour.

I called at 12:06 and they said the driver had left at 11:45, it would be 5-10 more minutes. I called at 12:18 and they said it was on its way.

I had ordered through grub hub but they use their own delivery drivers so grub hub told me to call the restaurant. I contacted grub hub again to let them know ant 12:28 my food was still not here and they said they would call the restaurant to check on it and let me know.

I called the restaurant again. They said he had a lot of deliveries. It’s now 12:38. I wait another 10 minutes. Grub hub calls the restaurant and the restaurant doesn’t answer after multiple attempts so they cancel the order. The restaurant finally takes me off hold and says that my driver was almost to me but since grub hub cancelled the order he told him to turn around and bring my food back to the restaurant.

If anyone got a meatball sub with extra cheese, a Greek salad with Caesar dressing (they don’t offer Greek dressing with their Greek salad), or some jalepeño poppers stuffed with mozzarella cheese (?) with any dipping sauce a dollar extra - you got food that had been sitting in a car for an hour and...

A little less than a year ago I had the opportunity to go to a job interview, when I arrived it seemed like the position was exactly for me, however not only did I not get the job, the person who interviewed me was my father who treated me as always, with great indifference, I must add that I have not seen him for 10 years when he cheated on my mother with my best friend, after saying goodbye to this man without the job, when I was about to leave the building a storm began that forced me to have to stay in the waiting room of the reception where, luckily for me, there was a woman with a child and a baby who did not stop crying, suddenly one of the baby's shoes fell and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that it was my ex best friend, my father's lover. I could not bear it and I left the building in the middle of the storm to wait for the bus, needless to say that two buses did not stop and I had to walk to take the next route. I really remember that day perfectly, it was so long, slow and horrible. I really consider myself to be one of the luckiest people for everything I have experienced, for that reason it is difficult for me to remember unpleasant moments in my life, as unpleasant as today when I bought at...
