How hard is for these so called employees to get a simple order correct? Ordered a cravings taco and burrito pack with a bunch of mild sauces. Got home and noticed they did not add the taco sauces to the order. It has been a while since I went to Taco Bell since in the past they would consistently mess up my order- guess they have not improved and do not care about simple customer service. The cashier that took my order is Jatia R. The place was not busy- there was only one vehicle in front of me and no one behind me.
Second post- was in area with a friend who wanted a quick meal. He ordered a bunch of crunchy tacos and asked for a handful of hot taco sauces. (I did not care to order due to previous bad experiences with this location). Ordered a #9 with a soft taco supreme and Dr Pepper, 8 cheesy roll ups, 2 steak quesaritos, and 4 chalupa supremes. I didn’t receive a soft taco supreme with my #9, just a regular soft taco, I didn’t receive my 4 chalupas at all, when I came back to tell them I didn’t receive my receipt or the chalupas I had ordered, the shift manager argued with me saying that the order wasn’t placed at this location. When I told him I was here less than 10 minutes ago he asked me to tell him the order again. He then said oh yes I remember him the 8 cheesy roll ups, but that was a long time ago. It was literally 10 minutes if that. He then Proceeded to tell me to pull over to the front side of the store and wait for my food. Read moreI waited in the drive thru line for about five minutes, I then drove around and parked just to see if they were open. There were employees standing around doing nothing. When I notified them that there was a line at the drive thru they appeared not to care. After standing for about 3 minutes I was told that they were no longer serving breakfast but someone finally came up front to take my order. Before placing my order I then informed them again that there was a line outside, I was given the response that they did not know where the drive thru person was to take people's orders and they appeared not to care. While waiting for my meal I watched the person that took my order go back to a room where I am assuming a desk is located.
