The razer shop and the razer employees are amazing. I have been there 3 separate occasions and everytime they have successfully made me buy razer products. On the first day an employee named frank helped me look into new razer products that I have never even thought to exist. I purchased a new gaming mouse and mouse pad from him. The next day I come back to look for a keyboard and an employee named Luis helped me pick a keyboard out that was way better than a keyboard that I was planning on buying. Finally today I came back and an employee named Andre helped me pick out the best possible headphones for my usage. I probably asked more than a 100 different questions and each one of them answered it to the best of their abilities. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt believe anything they say on this store, I went to buy a chair there and I specifically asked the store employee if I could return the chair and he said YES, it arrived and in that same I tried it and it was too small for me, it hadnāt even been a day and now the store manager is saying that I can not return the chair and now Iām basically stock with a 300 dollar chair that donāt fit me and Iām not going to use.
They donāt mention anything about the return policies and they say something just to sell it to you and then do something else.
On top of that the manager is blaming me for not doble checking, the store return policies, when his employees told me I could return it if I tried it and donāt like it.
Basically donāt believe anything they say, they just want to sell, and donāt care about...
