What a shame, I had to give this place a 1 star, would be negative if I could. I literally got there, stood there waiting to order, and the lady working there completely ignored me, guess she was too busy talking to someone other lady there, while I just stood there waiting , it was my first time, and I really wanted to try the coffee but since I couldnât find the menu o prices and so on, and this lady just kept ignoring me, how could I? You couldâve at least said something like, give me a minute or be right with you. What am I standing there for? And itâs not like you were busy! There was only one customer, who apparently had already ordered. That customer left and came back, and I was still there waiting. Itâs a shame, the place looks interesting and I really wanted to try the coffee. I even gestured a little to see if I can get menu.    Read moreI was shocked and very offended by my experience with Luis during my visit on Sunday, 06/08/2025. Unfortunately, this wasnât my first negative encounter with himâout of three interactions, the last two were particularly unpleasant.
This Sunday, Luis mocked me while I was speaking and then poured my drink, only to get an attitude when I didnât grab the cup quickly enough. It was humiliating and disrespectful. After looking at other reviews, I see that Iâm not aloneâmany others have also noted his poor customer service and lack of respect.
Whatâs even more concerning is that this company doesnât seem to take these reviews seriously. I frequently visit Dadeland Mall, and Iâm disturbed by the ongoing disrespect from Luis. Iâm left wondering how someone with this behavior is still employed there. Is Luis related to the owner? Because if so, it raises serious questions about the companyâs commitment to customer care.

   Read moreI ordered a matcha latte and the man, Luis, working the register asked me what flavor. I asked where I can see the flavors and he just told me âThe menu.â Mind you, the menu doesnât contain any flavor section (I added a pic of the menu) Maybe you can see my confusion⌠After not finding any flavors, I ask him if he recommends anything. He then proceeds to tell me âOh I donât know. I donât drink this.â ??? I then try looking at the menu again and he got impatient and told me âHurry up thereâs a line forming.â This whole interaction was only like 2 minutes max. A majority of which was looking for flavors that werenât even there. After reading some reviews, it seems Luis regularly makes and gives recommendations about matcha. So, Iâm not sure why he was so dismissive. I ended up getting a flavor recommended by the other barista working. The matcha was fine but I was put off by this interaction.
