Sleep Outfitters of Parkersburg — Attraction in Vienna

I visited the Vienna, WV store looking for a new bed. I have several back issues and after speaking with my chiropractor at my last appointment, I decided it was time for a new bed. I had a specific budget and Ron was very respectful of what I wanted. He’s very informative and didn’t push me into something I didn’t want. I went in looking for something specific. He didn’t waste my time showing me beds he knew I wouldn’t want. He explained the different comfort levels of each bed and which one would be the best option for the money. Ultimately, I personally decided to go a little above budget to get the bed I wanted and that would last longer, but it was not due to him pushing me to do so. The financing process was a breeze and he explained everything thoroughly! I also had my three children with me. He was very patient with them and not once did I ever feel like they were a bother while shopping! I would highly recommend Ron and his team to anyone that is in the market...

I would like to say a big thank you to Alexis! She is an awesome sales associate! I had been in to visit the store and look at some mattresses. She was so nice and friendly. Alexis was also very knowledgeable about the different models I was interested in. I did not purchase anything that day but came back weeks later with my husband. I was so happy Alexis was working. She took the time to tell my husband the differences in the mattresses we were looking at. Well, before we left we decided to purchase a Stearns and Foster split king with Tempur-Pedic Ergo 2.0 adjustable bases. Alexis did not pressure us into buying anything and allowed us to try out all the mattresses we were interested in. I met with Ron to purchase a mattress for my ailing Dad. We needed something nice due to him losing much of his mobility. Ron did an inventory search prior to our arrival and had several options available for us upon arrival. Ron went above and beyond and got my parents in a king Tempur-pedic. My parents had purchased a mattress from another company back in May and it had already broke down from my 100lb Dad laying in bed 24 hours a day. He was in so much pain all of the time. The mattress was delivered in a matter of days. From the first day they had the mattress, my Dad never once complained about hurting and he fell in love with the bed.
