QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Vienna

Today, l ordered nachos for lunch. I asked for the Queso and chips on the side. I've ordered this SEVERAL times, without a problem. If you get the "3 cheese" nachos they dump so much Queso on them it's soggy and not good!!! Today l had rice, beans, corn, quacamole, and Pico. Because they didn't put it all in the same bowl, they tried to charge me OVER $24.00 with a drink. NOPE. NOT TODAY. I refused the order. A guy says the "best he could do" was take my cup of Queso away, and give me a tiny cup. Yet, if I had not asked for it not to be dumped all over the bowl, which is probably way more than a cup, he took it down to around $14.00. And on to the chicken, almost every bite of it had bone, gristle, etc. in it. No exaggeration!! Regardless, someone needs more training. Ridiculous. And unacceptable. The office I work at all decided to order Qdoba, we had 4 orders to pickup. When we arrived there was a hold up due to the printer not printing tickets. After about 10 minutes this issue was resolved, then it was still another 20 minute wait for our food while they cleared out the line in the store, in the drive thru and every other person that came for pickups after us. A man showed up with coffee drinks and that cleared out the staff leaving 1 guy to make our orders. When we got back to the office with our food, every order was incorrect. My bowl was without half of the ordered toppings, there was an order of street tacos and 2 of the tacos had only 2 pieces of chicken on it. One chicken queso burrito was made as a quesadilla. The 4th order was missing food, but in its place was food for someone different. Their name is Nathan. The orders name...

Qdoba … wow finally. I will honestly say o was a Moes fan but Qdoba delivers a great meal. The staff is courteous and the establishment is well kept. Lots of ways you can mix and match your food but it’s always consistent and tastes great. The atmosphere is nice and it’s conveniently located. I don’t think it’s the greatest thing in the world but for Mexican fast food, they do a bang up job. Makes me want to keep coming back. So if you haven’t already tried it or not already a fan, give it try, it’s delicious and the prices aren’t too expensive. The wait was only a few minutes but I assume that depends on what time you go. Check your smartphone to see peek busy hours and avoid longer waiting times. Dine in or take out your gonna love it. Highly recommend. I miss Moes but this has a better flavor all the way around. What are you waiting...
