Burger King — Restaurant in Vienna

Staff is always nice and keep orders moving along well. Never had a bad experience at this BK.

EDIT: Since I wrote this review, I've had multiple consecutive issues with this location messing up my drive-thru orders. No longer a five star review from me.

The one that really stood out is the time I was alone in the drive thru, no others in the other lane or even behind me. I was asked to pull up out of the drive thru lane to wait for my food which was 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink with a 10 piece nugget. I get it, the fryer food takes longer, but no one else was even behind me so don't ask me to pull up to wait. I waited about 10 minutes. It was pouring down rain and they were going to send this poor staff member out in the rain without a jacket. At the last minute I saw her turn around, like maybe she was going back for her jacket, but she came back without one on so maybe she forgot my condiments. I got out and met her at the door so she wouldnt have to get rained on. Said thanks, headed home. Got home and checked my order.. they didn't give me the nuggets which were for my daughter. The sandwiches and fries I got were somehow cold. I only live a few blocks away so it's not like they got cold within 5 minutes when they took so long that everything should've been fresh.

The next visit about a week later I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it seemed like they had everything together. Stupid me still didn't double check the order(I really shouldn't HAVE to!). Stopped to eat in the parking lot and they gave me someone else's order. Ridiculous. I had ordered two cheeseburgers, chicken fries, fries and a drink. Got 30 chicken nuggets and a large fry. Ugh. Guess that's what I get for giving it another chance.

Now I avoid this place like the plague. Get with it.

I will say I love the old school style BK Playplace they have decorated in the old Burger King Kids Club art. At least they have that going for them. For that alone they...

I yearned when I awoke this morn. Not for blood or revenge, but for a Sausage Egg & Cheese croissant. It's hard to maintain a size 38 but I manage. So I pulled into the drive through on my mobile steed, the caravan. After unloading the tax deductions at their assigned learning center I went on a quest to fill my stomach with the ever loving joy I had craved since I rose. The order... Prompt... But to my dismay, the fortnight I spent waiting for the pigs to return to slaughter added some rings to these bones. After a solid 17 minutes, I was greeted with a drink to quench my thirst and cure my morning breath, or at least hide it. Only to wait another round for my sandwiches. When they arrived I was devastated to know my farm fresh sausage patties had been mistaken for freshly sliced bacon, and my hash browns had merged in to a hash brown the size of an ostrich egg... I will continue my quest.

3 stars cause I'm fat and...

I spent $80 on Burger Monster Meal for 3 last night and I am going to be brutally honest. Do not waste your money trying to order delivery from this store. I do delivery at night due to medical conditions and this store really messed up my order. I was missing a lot of food in the order. the shakes and cookies were missing, the food that actually was in the bag was cold and tasted old. The nuggets were cold and chewy, and there was no sauces in the bag. $80 for $30 worth of food isn’t worth the hard earned amount. When I contacted Burger King through the website regarding the order offered $30 coupon divided into two separate coupons and no refund. I will never go back to this Burger King the same as Captain Ds when their chicken went from normal to mini at a higher price. Save your money and go somewhere else where you know your food will be good with much better quality...
