I love this store...omg!!! The treatment is beautiful!!! You know how they hv the reputation of following u around,stalking you while u shop? No not this couple establishment!!! They are sooooo sweet n helpful and niceeeee! They feel like family!!! They have smiles😁 as they greet u coming ,during,leaving!! Mks u wanna shop continuously!! This store has everything you need!! I came to this dump of place that they call "beauty supply" yesterday for the first time and purchased two slumber caps for myself and my sister who didn't like the one I purchased for her because the headband was too wide. The next day I went back to exchange it for a different one, they told me they can't exchange it, even though the package was unopened, which they could see for themselves. This place offers no quality customer service, no flexibility and the owner who sits behind the counter has a stink attitude. Worst beauty...

In my first time in the store, I shopped around for under 15 minutes before the employee working came up to me to accuse me of “looking around too long” and basically ask me to leave and “stop messing things up” The store is about 20 feet wide and packed top to bottom with stuff, so before I spend my money on something I am buying to wear, I am going to look at my options, which are in a very dense area?
