Update* After posting this review, I finally heard from the owner who contacted me and has now delivered my order which I appreciated. She gave me the t-shirt and hoodie owed and she also refunded me money. Because she was willing to do this I have added stars to my review.

I don't like to give negative reviews but if it's warranted then I do. I don't believe this business should even get one star. I paid Kate back on March 7th which was for two t-shirt decals (which I provided the t-shirts) and a t-shirt and sweatshirt that were ordered from Kate. I got the two t-shirts back with decals - probably because other people ordered at the same time - but I have been waiting over 2 1/2 months for the t-shirt and sweatshirt that I ordered for a local campaign. I have tried contacting Kate several times during this timeframe. I have texted, I have called and left messages and I have gone into her "business" trying to find out when I would be getting my order. All I have ever gotten is excuses and/or crickets. A few weeks ago I went to her business to find out what on earth the hold up is. She threw the other business across the street from her under the bus saying their equipment was broken and had been for over two weeks. Which then begged the question, is Kate just a 'middleman' and doesn't do any work herself? Wish I had known that at the start. But last week my husband had to go to that other business to pay for an order for his work that the gentlemen was doing for him. While there, he asked about our t-shirt and sweatshirt and the guy had absolutely no idea what my husband was talking about! So, I'm guessing she lied to us. But the big question becomes, why on earth would you treat customers this way? Basically she has stolen our money for not giving us the goods and services that were agreed on. I don't know how anyone can run a business like that. I will never use this establishment again. The owner is supposedly a friend of my family member who recommended her to me and then that begs the question, why would you treat friends or family members of friends this way??? The last call I made to her last week I gave her 3 options. Either refund my money, give me the unfinished products or give me the completed projects. Again, crickets. So, there is no way I can recommend this business to anyone at this point. Now, if Kate should decide to finally make good on what she owes us, I will be happy to update...

I paid Studio 37 to print a sweatshirt for my son Feb. 22nd at Regional for wrestling. They offered to deliver the sweatshirt to his school the following Tuesday (Feb. 25th). It never showed. It is now April 8th and I still have not been able to get it from them. I called 7 times through out March talking to Kate a couple times. Lots of excuses but yet no action. I even asked if I could have someone stop by and pick it up. Her response was that her husband has it and she would have to get it from him. Her promising that we can work something out. I have since tried to call 6 more times in April. No one has answered and I have left 2 messages and a text. Not once have they tried to call or text me trying to resolve the situation. I am the only one that has engaged in trying to communicate. At this point they have taken my money and ignored me. I trusted them at their word. All I wanted was my sons sweatshirt so he could have a memento for high school regionals. Wrestling is his favorite! He is very sad and disappointed that they have not followed through with their promise. I would not use this company for anything. They have lost my trust.
