T-Mobile — Attraction in Elk Grove

Speaking from experience.. Do not trust Nancy.. A couple of months ago she came in Elk Grove tmobile from tmobile Waterman and told us that she's the new store manager. She told us we can get 2 free apple watches because we've been in tmobile for 8years and the only thing we need to pay are the taxes..great! But after a couple months we found out that we're getting charged for the watches, so we called her and asked her what's going on and she set an appointment for us to meet and discuss but the night before the appointment she called us and told us we can't return the watches anymore and there's nothing she can't do about it. The next morning I came to the store and found out that the we didn't actually paid the taxes for the watches but actually paid for our phone plans. She then kept telling us that she can't do anything about it now. Then I asked for their supervisor DJ who told us to give him 3 days and he will figure it out. After 3days he called us and told us that we can return the watches and he even gave back the money we paid for the watches for three months. Do not trust Nancy she will lie as long as she can to get her sale quota. Just always look...

OK, so... There I was in the church Relief Society meeting, when I was asked to refer to and read aloud an excerpt from the Old Testament, BUT the only thing that came on screen was a notice that I was not connected to the Internet at all...How embarrassing!

Immediately after the meeting, I went directly to the local T-Mobile store where Sheryl, the local T-Mobile Expert was very, very helpful.

Once again, I was a bit embarrassed,because all that had been necessary was to re-start my Alcatel Tablet...What a relief!

Thanks for hiring Sheryl in the Laguna Creek neighborhood of Elk Grove, CA, who was quite professional, truly friendly, and definitely nonjudgmental, to assist me on a pretty busy day!

She even took the time to show me the newest and latest T-M Wi-Fi app for cars, which I will also refer my Uber customers to, every chance I get.

So today my iPhone decided that it did not want to turn on and I decided to go into T-Mobile since they bought out sprint to see if they can fix it. Now before I took the trip to T-Mobile I went on YouTube and seen different ways for me to get my phone to start. Funny how I went to this store and they attempted to do the same thing. So I later asked the young lady that was there what are my other options or what are some options with me just purchasing a new phone. She later suggested for me to pay an outrageous amount for a down payment along with an outrageous monthly payment I’ve already expected this due to the fact that of having T-Mobile previously and they just have horrible service and will charge you every and anything for a simple service. Lucky for me I ended up going to Verizon will an 0 down payment and a reasonable monthly payment please guys don’t just throw your money at anything these agents tell you, honestly did not to...
