Lots of options to shop from. We loved everything but the one store I went for.. coach... they are still only letting people in toshop , by quantity of people in store. Lol. It's not channel or Louis, thought I'd check out for s daily knock.around purse .. went here, nope.. I'm not spending money at a non luxury store who wants customers to wait in 110* heat index. Forget it. Not going to do it. Sad. But, we spent way more than we planned at multiple other stores.. people were staring at us walking into our resort covered in bags from your stores. So overall, 3 Stars. 5 star shopping -1 for poor signage and confusing parking... Coach waiting line n masks = hurt this rating (-1).. In Indiana, which is closer to me, I can walk right in and purchase any coach as a bang around purse... not here. Maybe the sun's just irritating me... oh wait, I held off reviewing for a day just to make sure I was fair... yep. Rest of outlet is pretty good. Clean. Forget coach, just shop the others, and theres alot... Constructive criticism: the signage is incomplete and wrong placement.. I wanna see what direction each business is in, before I get to the stop sign.. I don't want to see the directional signs as I'm goofing up and passing where I need to turn. Or worse. Sitting at a stop sign, you can tell this was designed and laid out by business men. Should've been looked at by down to earth customers who actually shop there. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE !! Disclaimer I love coach and will always be a fan of the brand and company .However the customer service at this store was horrible and I will never shop here again !! The sales associates will pressure you into buying what they think looks best on you and if you decide to return or exchange it like I did , the store manager will refuse to take it back !! I literally had a brand new bag with the tags on it and the store manager said it was used and unsellable all because they didn't want a return or exchange ! I drove 30 minutes to the tanger on tanger on highway 17 and the manager GLADLY exchanged my bag no hassle no questions asked ! and the associates were so sweet and understandable ! Relatable they agreed the bag didn't fit me and pink did look better ! AWESOME STAFF ON HIGHWAY 17 will be back ! DO NOT SHOP AT 501 they will not treat you the same when you return or exchange . Associates didn't even greet me at 501 when they seen that I came in with a bag !! Never again will I shop here. They will be your best friends until you want to return...
