The Gameworks — Attraction in Altamont

We had a birthday for my daughters 16th (her choice for arcade party, she's a bit nerdy). This place was great, good classic games, great price and great staff. The party would have been perfect, except sadly a few guests did not show, but that is not on the business.

On the ultimate upside though, there was a rather 'creepy' looking gentleman that kept, paying an odd amount of attention to my daughter while she was playing games (like...concerning amounts) and the employee, discreetly and positively handled the issue as far as I could tell and I am greatly appreciative that they put the safety of children in this store to such a...

I took five young rowdy kids here, and they had a blast. One of the employees, I wish I caught his name, was kind and patient enough to teach them about pool, and holding the stick properly. And he was accommodating when one of the machines ate our quarters. To top it off, another employee (owner?) gifted them water balloons and squirt guns. I would recommend this place to any parent with kids...

This is a good place to take the kids or if you're an old school gamer like myself, you could go here for date night.
