The staff took their time to explain the process and made sure I felt comfortable the entire session. The scalp massage was absolutely heavenly—it melted away all my stress and left me feeling refreshed and recharged.

I went in with an appointment thinking I wanted to get my eyebrows done. When I got there, I was nervous, but Julie provided a consultation and didn’t pressure me AT ALL to get them done. She drew them out and was very patient with my uncertainty. I ended up staying for the headspa and shoulder massage.
