William was extremely unprofessional, condescending, rude and sassy. Smh, lol as if I have not been living better all my life (coming from the island). Lol, judging his dialect, I think he misread me for someone else. Which I was offended by, since that is not what I expect from that establishment. First before I could even sit down he insisted he needed to know what I do for a living. I said "I can't tell you", but he kept on asking. Feeling very uncomfortable about this question, I just told him my previous occupation to avoid confrontation. Because I asked if I could see one of the apartments. He went on rant about how I walked in and expected that he and his coworker were just sitting around doing nothing(in a not so professional dialect). Instead of simply stating they are busy professionally. Lol, even though no one else was in the office but the three of us for over 15 min. Mind you, he was just outside for 10 minutes prior talking with two Caucasian male when I drove up. I think they were talking about something that has to do with rappers or another. I am sure he would not have treated our caucasian brothers and sisters that way. Wow, did I feel like he was really trying to redline me and box me as not being qualified to a rent unit there. I presently live in Seven Hills and wanted to see how big the apartments are to make sure it's a good fit. Lol, I am not financially incapable of handling rent at an apartment . Renting is temporary for me and I haven't rented in years, since my family and I believe in home ownership. William should know how it feels to be treated differently based on his life preference and culture! He needs sensitivity training to learn how to tame his biasness,( especially since most smart money folks are not always flashy!). Lol, I was upset. I also thought about the audacity of this young guy, who I am twice his senior. I actually almost found it to be amusing that this guy feels he was so much above people. My recommendation is to record your activity if you feel you are being treated...
Read moreUpdate: the daily harassment to move our vehicles all around the complex so they can do menial task is old, it feels like having big brother over you telling you what to do but only selectively enforcing the rules with how much were paying we shouldnt be micromanaged.
Update on the internet; it goes out on a weekly basis sometimes for plural days at a time, and when its not out it barely works and theres only so many apologies people want to hear when were forcibly paying a premium and getting nearly no internet.
Apartment- nice enough. Standard what id expect at this range 4/5
Amenities 5/5- very nice amenities like gym and pool that are definitely accurate for the cost
Pricing 0/5- absolutely nothing here indicates that the value meets the cost which they ask, the price of rent by far exceeds what is offered space, quality, wise. Any one can pay much much less for similar spaces in other locations.
Utility- 2/5 oven, stove microwave are good, driers and washer arent good and they force you to pay top dollar for the absolute worst internet, it goes out once or twice a week and sits at 20 mbps most of the time. The apartment cheaped way out on this.
The guest room doesnt even have a light, you have to pay to install a fan/ light. For 2500 for a 2bd i expect a light.
Grounds 2/5 its constant loud obnoxious racket and quickly getting very crowded despite only being half full, i can tell parking is going to be a major issue soon. The construction workers keep building, tearing down and rebuilding the same stuff over and over and over.
How many correct bills have i had? 1. Ive only ever had one correct bill just EH...
Read moreI’m a current resident here at Town Kennesaw, and after reading some of the recent reviews, I felt compelled to share my own experience. First off, this is a brand new community we’re actually the first people to live in our unit. With new construction, some issues are bound to come up. That’s just part of the process. And yes, it’s an apartment building you’re going to hear your neighbors from time to time. That’s not something management or William can control, and it’s certainly not something he built himself. I had an issue with my refrigerator, and a certified Samsung technician came out to fix it because it was a Samsung product. That’s exactly how it should work. Whenever there’s an issue on the property, management communicates it clearly. Today, I decided to walk the property just to check things out and everything is working. The pool is open, the sauna is working, my fob worked on all the doors. It’s honestly a beautiful place to live. It’s unfair to blame William personally for things like a washer/dryer malfunction, hearing people in the hallway, the walls being thin, or even things like parking sizes and bedroom layouts those are design decisions or product-specific issues, not management failures. And let’s be real in today’s world, some people seem ready to lash out at the first inconvenience. I just want to offer a balanced perspective no place is perfect, but I’m happy here. And I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping this...
