Buyer beware! The instructors here are amazing. I will start by saying that. Facilities are ok. You are truly paying for instructor led training. Nothing more. There is no fitness equipment. This is not a traditional gym. In my opinion it’s not really a true gym at all.
That being said the fitness level is very high. The instructors do their best as to try to ensure proper form.
It has a very bougie vibe. I’d say 70% of the people who go have good intentions but it’s more a schmooze fest, especially in downtown Summerlin. Goes with the territory.
None of the locations interconnect. The website to book your class is not functional. You have to call ahead. I found a work around with using the mind body app but for being a reservation only gym it’s pretty annoying to have to always call to book.
The classes are overcrowded most times. Like, hopefully there is never a fire because everyone would be falling over each other’s crap. The front desk kids are hit or miss. It’s like dealing with moody teenagers. Some of them are great and very customer service oriented. Others seem like you are disturbing them by simply asking them to do their job.
Recently I had a situation where I asked for my class pack to be renewed, and also my towel service. The class pack went through but not the towel service. We provoked a charge at another location. I then had to call again for the refund, despite me telling the gentleman up front that I have the VIP towel service. He said he wasn’t paying attention and charged it accidentally. -ok-
Next, time I go to book my class and called to confirm since the website is not functional. The young lady confirmed my class. I asked her about the towel service. She said you cancelled it in May. I said no I actually requested to reactivate it a month ago. She kept putting me on hold and eventually came back and said it’s fixed and hung up on me. The whole tone of the phone call was rude and I felt as if I was disturbing someone who had better things to be doing. I don’t get it! Why get a customer service job if you don’t want to help customers?!?! Like WTH, seriously.
I asked her, her name a total of 3 times on the call. But she flat out ignored me and kept talking. After she hung up on me I called back and spoke to Harmony. A lead member who said she would pass along my concerns to the manager, and explained that they don’t give out names because of “stalkers”. I don’t know what kind of business they are running at Trufusion but it feels like a circus.
We’ll see if I hear back from...
Read moreI had the pleasure of attending my very first yoga class, and I’m so grateful that CJ was my instructor. From the start, the studio had a welcoming atmosphere, but it was CJ’s teaching style that truly made the experience memorable. His calm, clear, and confident way of guiding the class was impressive and made it easy to follow, even for a complete beginner like me.
CJ’s voice was soothing yet authoritative, which helped me feel at ease as I moved through the poses. He explained each one with patience and clarity, and though I couldn’t always keep up, I never felt discouraged. I appreciated how he took the time to show me how to properly execute the poses, adjusting them when needed and giving helpful feedback in a supportive way. It was clear that he wanted everyone, no matter their skill level, to feel comfortable and confident.
What stood out most was how CJ made sure the pace of the class was manageable for all levels. While I wasn’t able to keep up with every movement, his gentle encouragement kept me focused on doing my best rather than trying to match the pace of others. He reminded the class that yoga is about personal growth and progress, not perfection, which made me feel at ease and more willing to try my best without feeling like I had to compete or compare myself to others.
CJ was always present, offering assistance and adjustments where necessary, but never in a way that felt rushed or overwhelming. I could tell he genuinely cared about each student’s experience, taking time to check in with everyone and make sure they were getting the most out of the class. His patience and attentiveness made a huge difference, especially since this was my first yoga experience.
By the end of the class, I felt calm, accomplished, and deeply grateful. Even though I didn’t master every pose, I left feeling inspired and excited to return. CJ made me feel supported and confident in a way I didn’t expect, and I’m looking forward to more classes with him. If you're new to yoga, I highly recommend him as an instructor—you won’t be...
Read moreLet me start by saying—I am not a yoga person. At all. If grace and balance were people, I’d be their long-lost cousin they never invite to family gatherings. But I decided to give it a try and walked into the 12:45 PM class at TruFusion Blue Diamond, ready to namaste my way into something new. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sweetest staff at the check-in desk, who made me feel as welcome as a long-lost friend. Their warm smiles and reassuring words instantly melted away my newbie jitters. From the moment I walked in the “Sanctuary,” the instructor took one look at me—probably sensing my impending struggle—and was so accommodating. I mean, they must have the patience of a saint because I spent the first five minutes looking around like, Wait, we have to touch our toes? They somehow managed to guide my clumsy self through the poses without making me feel like a flailing baby giraffe. And let’s talk about the girls in the class—absolute sweethearts. I don’t know if there’s a rule about kindness in yoga studios, but they were the nicest group of flexible human pretzels I’ve ever met. They encouraged me, gave me tips, and reassured me that falling out of Warrior III was “just part of the journey.” (Translation: I was a hot mess, but they made me feel cute about it.) By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat, feeling like an enlightened noodle, and somehow wanting to do it again. If you’re looking for a place that welcomes all levels, helps you find your balance (or at least lets you wobble in peace), and surrounds you with the kindest people ever—TruFusion at Blue...
