UC Davis Tercero Services Center — Attraction in Davis

You'd think after how much you pay for tuition a person would get better service. It smells like cow 8/10 of the time. The cows are cute but they smell. If you live on Dairy road in Tercero south, you can hear everything and watch all the field hockey games (and they practice early in the morning). You can hear all the football games, and the swim team or the water polo I'm not sure, but the coach uses a megaphone and I could hear everything he says. The Dining hall and Trudy's smells so bad. Everytime I get out of the dining hall I smell like it. It's a horrible smell. I have to change my clothes after I eat sometimes because I can't stand the smell. Other than that, the rooms are nice I wished they had an outlet for top bunk, but life isn't fair. The rooms are bigger than Segundo, and its a 7 minute walk from the science lecture hall, lab building, the grove, and...

As college dorms go, they are very nice. Since it is a recently built facility, it has up to date security, wifi, common rooms, rest rooms and other things like that. It consists of many different buildings making up the overall dorm campus. I think the only real negative is it's proximity to the cows across the street. On certain days, their oder can be noticed, but not really a too big of a deal overall. As for the dinning common, this place offers a decent amount of variety, and the quality is above average too. This is not to say it's high dinning, but it's well above most fast food, and high school cafeteria food. Will it become redundent over 9 months of eating there, most likely. However, many colleges don't have this type of food option on their campus, so I guess it shouldn't be taken for...

I don't EVER post a comment, but the service here left me speechless. Rajveer and Gabriela were some of the most amazing people and staff UC Davis has to offer. I came in at almost closing time scared because I was locked out of my dorm and my temporary card was not working, not only did they offer me hot chocolate and food they walked me personally to my room.
