Horrible! This has been the biggest waste of my time. Payed $3k dollars to sit and wait 2 1/2 months for NOTHING. The design is so simple it actually makes me contemplate doing this myself. They make it drag on, treat you like your business is not valued. Or maybe that you aren't spending enough, so your not as valuable as someone with a $10k kitchen.
I'll update as to how my refund goes. I'll bet they say they came out to measure so they're not giving me back that money.
Even drawing this out for them, explaining it, re drawing it... waiving any liability of "fit" they STILL don't get it. ( I have a background in Engineering as well as designing and building furniture. Basically I'm not some waked unrealistic person.)
Trying to deal with them over the phone has been a joke! Communication... they FAIL! We relayed the ideas design measurements etc. to the sales rep. at a store( #1), who passed that on to the sales rep(#2) at this company. We called and spoke with the #2, ugh I'd rather argue my BGE bill with someone in Yiddish... I'd get further. Upon finally getting someone out for a template/measure, he was friendly, didn't understand what I wanted. This is where communication fails. From him leaving we wait two weeks, we did call for updates, to be told that the fabricators couldn't do it. I'd need to mount the sink and pay for them to come remeasure. ( It's an Undermount sink, which requires being attached to the granite! --》Palm to forehead here.) I purchased this from a home improvement store, which sadly contracts with these people. Read moreI purchased my countertop from a locally run home store in my area and these guys ended up being the vendors for template / fabrication / installation. From the template guy to the installers, this is HANDS DOWN the worst customer service I've ever received from any company I've ever worked with. The template guy clearly hated his job and didn't communicate any of the issues with my kitchen to the sales rep. The sales rep clearly didn't ask any questions of his team, nor did he follow up with the home store, or me when the materials were on backorder. I had to chase him for weeks to find out the status. Then when it came time to install, they didn't bother to let us know we had to move our sink and our stove. After 7 weeks waiting for this countertop from the date of purchase to the date of install, their response to the stove and sink being present was twofold: we can cut a seam in your countertop or we can just leave and reschedule. Because they couldn't communicate internally or with the client they chose to use lousy attitudes and snide remarks to solve issues. Then when it was over they provided ZERO compensation for the atrocious service and left the home center holding the bag for trying to solve all of the on-site issues. I sincerely hope that the home store learns from this terrible experience that they should find better vendors. And if you're a direct customer - keep looking. There simply has to be a better company to do...
Read moreWe ordered a countertop to be installed in our bathroom. When they came to install it they damaged two walls in our brand new bathroom. When I contacted them they said "it happens". I requested that they compensate us so we could pay to have those areas repaired and they said they would not do that and that if they credited me money back they would come rip the counter out. I asked to speak to the owner who I was told wasn't there. I asked to leave a message for him and was told that he is busy and I would have to call back the next day, which I did. This time I was told that the owner wasn't at his desk but he would call me back which never happened. We were VERY disappointed in the service and lack of response to our concern.
