LOTS OF PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM!!

This store has way more options to choose from than the two beauty supply stores near my house ever has!the shelves are nicely organized so it's easy to find what ur looking for, the staff seemed pretty nice to me, it's not dirty, and for some reason it's not packed either.

When I went in here there was only me and one other person which is shocking because it was 4 in the afternoon and the place is really nice.

Unlike other Beauty Supply stores that will only allow you to exchange items or return them for a store credit, this beauty supply store allows you to return purchased items within 7 days for a full refund with your receipt without any problems. No other BSS store allows you to do that. At least not the ones I've been to and trust me I've been to quite a few. Not up north or down here. The only reason I give one star is because of the young lady that works there. I bought 1 pack of braid hair to finish up my style. $6. When I opened it the gold wrap was broken and it all fell out. I immediately took it back to the male owner. After asking me for the receipt he refused to replace it. Really? You think I came back for $6??? I am God's favorite, he needs to be careful how he treats us and he will never receive my...
