Let me start by saying that Tracy and Carrie have made a customer for life out of me at Wesche due to their excellent customer service. My (at the time) girlfriend and I went in to talk about custom work for an engagement ring, as we both wanted to be involved in the process. Neither one of us knew very much about jewelry, metals, stones etc. and both of us had an idea for a ring that was very unique and a little difficult to describe. Tracy was extremely inviting and friendly, and answered any questions that we had. Due to some less common stones that we wanted to use, Tracy requested the assistance of their gemologist, Carrie. Carrie was just as friendly and inviting as Tracy, and a wealth of information about various gemstones.

We provided the idea that we had for the ring, and over the next few months Tracy sent me various CAD renderings of ideas which we had reworked numerous times with additions or removals or new ideas. Tracy was in constant communication with us via her personal number, and at no point over the process did I feel like she was becoming annoyed or frustrated with us and all of the extremely particular things that we wanted. Carrie brought in numerous stones for us to view, and if we wanted something a little different she never hesitated to bring in more for us to see. If we liked a particular stone but still wanted to view more, she never had a problem holding on to them for a bit while she brought in more stones for viewing.

During the process of creating this ring, I never felt like I was being upsold or forced into a decision by Tracy or Carrie. I felt that they were completely attentive to what we needed and wanted, and genuinely cared that the end product was perfect for us. And after all the hard work they put in, the ring turned out more perfect that we could have imagined and now we're happily engaged! It was exactly what both of us had envisioned in our heads, and it never would have been possible had it not been for Tracy and Carrie. I legitimately feel like no other jeweler would have ever taken the time and effort that these two put in to ensure we had the perfect ring and truthfully I've never had such a wonderful customer service experience in my life.

We had the best experience with Tracy picking out and designing my engagement ring and our wedding rings. Before arriving for our appointment, I had told Tracy what style I thought would good on me and she had samples all ready to go. Unfortunately, what I envisioned would look good looked terrible on me, but Tracy already had backup rings on hand to show me. I ended up falling in love with the 2nd ring she showed me. Next, we wanted a natural blue sapphire as my primary stone and Tracy had an assortment all ready to go for us! Just when I thought my ring was complete I noticed a double halo of diamonds on another ring and Tracy insisted I try it on. It looked too wide on my hand so she suggested raising one of the halos into a "waterfall design". We ended up combining rings to make the engagement ring of my dreams. When the process was done we received the most gorgeous 3D rendering of what my ring would actually look like when completed and all I can say is WOW. Honestly I was in awe how good she was at her job and really how well she made this whole creation come together. This was our first time investing in jewelry and Tracy beyond exceeded our expectations. As for my boyfriend's wedding ring goes, they had a more limited selection for men's rings, but you would never know it. Tracy knew exactly what he wanted and even though they didn't have the exact color and design he wanted in store, she was able to pull up online a really good idea of what he could expect it to look like. Overall, we both loved this experience with Tracy. I feel like everything would've turned out way different if it wasn't for her and her creativity.
