Cleo's Furniture — Attraction in Conway

The couch I bought a year and a half ago has broken 3 times. I have taken it to Cleo's 2 times and they "fixed" it. The 3rd time, we decided to do it ourselves. Open up the bottom and 4 of the particle boards it is made from are warped. The boards are held together with staples (NOT BOLTS) that more than half of are not connecting to anything. The bolt in the middle of the couch that is supposed to support it can't even fit into the hole because the hole is too big. It looks like they told someone that has zero experience building things to fix it. The lack of knowledge is very obvious in the quality of work. I spent a lot of money on this couch but the most expensive part is the upholstery. This is why they sell the insurance to get it fixed for free because they know it will eventually break. This place is just fabulous! We looked everywhere from Benton to Conway for a powered lift recliner for my elderly mother because hers was destroyed by lightning. I mean nobody had one! Found one on Amazon but it was going to be 10 days before it was delivered. That’s a long time for an 83 year old with lots of health problems! So we went to Cleo’s and Jimmy was phenomenal!! He answered all of our crazy questions and actually had some of the chairs in stock!! What a blessing!! My mom could not be happier and this chair is much better than her other one. Plus it was several hundred dollars cheaper somehow!! We highly recommend Jimmy at Cleo’s and will be going back soon for a living room set since we were treated so well and got a fair price!! Worst and I mean absolutely worst customer experience I have ever recived.. i do get that the shipping and arrival of items is going to be delayed. Yet! Not only was it delayed they didn't get it in the color I had ordered and told gave excuses say of well we can't just cover the delivery fee cause it will come out of "there" pocket. Then continue to say of well I'll pay for half, but then keep on telling me that they would have to eat the other half making me feel bad. Then when I said fine dont worry about it, they gave me one price for delivery then when I call about it again they give me a completely different price even higher then the first! ... I would not recommend this place to anyone that is trying to get new fruniture. Go talk more professional place...
