So this morning while I was running errands my mom that smokes asked me to grab her some cigarettes here. I don’t smoke so I don’t really know how to ask so I call her on the phone while I’m in drive through to confirm. The man for one didn’t ask for any id. And it’s funny bc I get told all the time that I look like in 19-20. Well when he brought out the cigarettes my mom misunderstood me and said I got the wrong ones. He stated that it’s a final sell and I couldn’t get a refund even tho I’m still in the drive through with the receipt and un opened cigarettes. For one you just committed a crime and sold me cigarettes without asking for my id. When I told him about that he stated that I didn’t look young to him! I said I don’t care if I look 40, the policy is to ask for an id! He began to say like I said we can’t give you a refund maam. It’s the rude white blonde hair man with glasses. He kind of put you in the mind of Jeffery Dalmer. I will call and talk to the manager bc that’s wrong of him to deny me and refund while I’m still in the premises. My wife was in like twice a week and today we made the same twice a week purchase of 1 carton of cigarettes and a 10 pack of dip for about $105 dollars and they have been giving us a free lighter, when my wife asked for the lighter today the new employee was rude and said she doesn't do that, told my wife if she didn't like it we could take our business elsewhere.wow we can take our $210 dollars down to the Valero. Wow.. dude straight ripped me off this morning..You gotta watch them! Pay attention to what you buy & how much it is. Don’t be in a hurry because they’ll overcharge your card & lie about what you handed in cash. Do not split payments!! Either all cash or card. There’s no telling how many people are getting ripped off for a few dollars.. I know he’s going home a happy bum! Never seen the guy before today.
