I've never been to any Swig before, but I like the concept of a dirty soda. The positive? The drink was good, but not worth the cost or the stop. The negative? Let's go... Despite being about a dozen staffers in a small store, I still waited about ten minutes behind a single pair customer. Everyone looked lost. The payment system wasn't working correctly. The menu had very deceptive pricing. My drink showed "starting at $2.60". Great price. Total was like $4.30 with no changes. Even if you add up the sub-charges, I don't know how they got to that total. And $1.50 for blended? Any Mexican restaurant will give you a margarita over the rocks or blended for the same price. I'm not paying an extra 40% for you smash up some of my own ice. The manager (or AM or someone of importance) was interviewing someone in the lobby. 3a. Don't do that in public. You have an office large enough next to the lobby. The door was open. Do it in there. 3b. Don't ask those stupid questions that don't give you a real answer. 3c. It's clear you need all the help you can get. Hire that woman. Everyone was confused because of clearly two issues. 4a. They didn't want to ask management in the interview (and the manager clearly didn't pick up the issues in the background) so they fumbled around until the customer in front of me had to ask. 4b. The second issue is clearly management is truly awful. No training. No trust. No problem solving. What's going on with the lobby? All white, no color or artwork. Did they just open or do they all look this bleak and dis-inviting?
My suggestion? Have corporate shut down the store. Paint it with any color. Get a new manager. Re-train everyone before you re-open.
If this is what every Swig is like, I'm never coming any...
Read moreI came here today for the first time thinking that they sold coffee, they did not, which that's fine and I had thought about ordering something else.
Dont know why this heavy set guy today was on a power trip, but he immediately told me that I came in the wrong way, which there was nothing directing me that I saw where to go, but ok, I guess that's on me.
But then he said we don't want to block Jimmy John's, I was nowhere near Jimmy John's and I was the only one in line, someone does get behind me at some point, but as i'm getting ready to order something else, he immediately says I need you to pull forward we don't want to keep the people waiting behind you. So the guy was on some kind of weird power trip and rude and I just said, never mind and left and you'll never get me to go back there for anything, because if that's how your employees act then I don't need...
Read moreCame here when it first opened and it was amazing. Got me hooked. However the last 4 visits have been awful. Summer Splash refresher was just lemon water with no puree added. Only lemons. 2 of my orders weren't added to my loyalty points even though I gave my number. Just visited there again today and mentioned the issues with the flavors not being added and the orders not being added. I ordered a strawberry breeze which was my very first drink from there and figured it would be good as the first but nope! It was lacking the puree. Just water, coconut, and a few strawberries. I won't be back. I'll make my own...
