I ordered via the OTB website and also paid via the website for my to go order. I wasn't dressed to in such away that I really wanted to be seen in public, but I figured I would just run in and get my food and run out. When I arrived at the designated time and let the hostess know why I was there she told me I needed to speak with this other girl. This other girl was on the phone. There were four other people standing in the hostess area chatting. After about 10 minutes the to go order girl was still on the phone, so I asked if one of them could help. They said no that only she could help. After another 10 minutes, I made the comment that if I had not already paid I would just leave. I also asked for a manager. One of the girls said oh if you have already paid then let me check on your food. So she goes back and after several minutes comes back with a sack with my order. I proceeded to check my order. I had ordered cheese dip and noticed not only were there no chips in my bag there wasn't any salsa either. So I asked if the cheese dip came with chips. By this time the to go order girl was finally off the phone and came over and said my order wasn't complete yet, but she would go get chips and salsa. Please note by now I had been waiting about 25 minutes, which was also 25 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. Well, after a few more minutes the to go order girl came back with my chips and salsa. She also said that she had arrived at work at 5:00 and no one had been working to go orders until she got there. Well, this some what explained why my order wasn't ready since I ordered online around 4:45 and it was supposed to be ready around 5:06. Anyway it was a horrible experience. I was embarrassed from having to stand at the front door for over 30 minutes just to get my to go order. I never saw the manager and the only person that seemed to care about my bad experience was the to go girl. The rest of the girls were just standing around chatting. Oh, there was also a young lady in front of me waiting on her order as well, but she still needed to pay. She was still standing there when I finally got out of there. Who knows she may still be...
Read moreI truly hate to write this review but, I have to be honest and tell the truth in hopes of the next customer not having to have this same experience. I went to pick up my order this evening and the girl who brought my order to the front thought I ordered a drink with my food and I told her that I did not order a drink. She said well you can have it if you want it because someone must have ordered it and forgot to pick it up so you can have it, so I accepted the drink. In all honesty, I don't drink soda at all but I accepted the drink to give it to my husband or to my 12 year old son. When I made it home, I gave the drink to my son and told him to look at it before he drank it because the girl gave it to me for free. My son took the top off the drink and noticed 6 to 7 littler white hairs floating at the top of the soda. It was truly disgusting. It looked like someone purposely put those hairs in the drink. I called and talk to the manager and he stated that it could have been the two staff members whose last day was today because they were pranking each other and other staff members since it was there last day. He did state that he would call them to see if they did it and get onto them about it but since today was there last day what could really happen to them. The manager was nice and offered me a free chips and queso next time I was in but I truly don't think I would ever eat at this restaurant again. Seeing them hairs truly disgusted me and my family and so we threw away all the food that we ordered just because of that. $59.00 dollars wasted and went down the drain because employees want to play around while at work and prank each other. This was truly in considered of the customers that this could have affected. Thank God i'm a person who always look over everything (especially my food) and I tell my kids to do the same as well. There is no telling what my son would have consumed had he not checked the...
Read moreSoooo I went to ON The border two weeks ago and felt such disappointment. My daughter wanted to go before her musical at the school. We arrived around 4pm with less than 15 people in the restaurant including staff we were given a table within seconds in the bar area. Two minutes after a group of three white ladies were sat behind my girls and I. I noticed the bartender get chips and salsa and greet the white women first and totally ignored my children and I. Long story short the bartender never greeted us or even smiled our direction. She gave the table away to another server!!!! When I asked her why she didn’t want to serve my black children but had no problem greeting and attending to the white women who came AFTER us. She first asked what I was trying to imply, then said she was too busy to take us, yet had no problem attending to the ladies who were sat after us. I told the manager and of course my meal was comped because as I said the restaurant was EMPTY! I also called the GM the next day and she offer me to mail me some coupons which I still haven’t got. I just want others to be aware of this bartender and how she made my children and I feel less then. I did ask the server we did have to at least ring me up a drink so I...
