We ate here for the first time this past Saturday. Have never tried any of their other locations despite having lived in Oklahoma previously. We checked out their menu and saw that they do other things besides pizza like pastas and salads too - so we figured it'd be a good place to try and I wouldn't necessarily have to eat pizza while my husband did. The atmosphere is fine - sort of sports-bar-come-restaurant with massive (and I mean MASSIVE) booths. Fun kites are hung from the ceiling and I enjoyed watching the world cup while eating. My husband greatly enjoyed his pizza and raved about it so that was good. He got a meat-heavy pizza featuring kielbasa and pepperoni. I tasted half a slice and have to say that - for my tastes - it was very salty and the marinara sauce tasted like Digiorno. I greatly prefer Blaze pizza - much less salty and much more fresh-tasting.....but then, I do know that I am in the vast minority there as far as pizza eaters go. My pasta, however, left a lot to be desired, and I have to call them out for that as they offer six or seven different pastas on their menu and - as such - I feel that they ought to know better. I had the chicken pesto pasta, and while the flavor was OK (a bit heavy on the garlic for my tastes), approximately 40% of the dish was inedible due to the OIL. There had to be a full inch of oil swilling around in the bottom of the pan that they baked (and served) it in. It was actually quite disgusting - so much so that I took photos, which I have posted here as an example. In an effort to be able to eat as much of it as I could, I unfolded a napkin and adopted a blotting technique.....but, really? C'mon guys. Where did this oil come from???! It's pasta, pesto, chicken, mushrooms and some kind of cheese. If the cheese you are putting in to the dish creates that oil in the bottom then you need to STOP - otherwise, you need to re-examine your recipe and see what you are doing wrong. I make pasta dishes all the time and this oil....? Yeah it's never there. It was truly disgusting. The chicken pieces in the pasta dish as well were really low quality and gristly. Felt and tasted like Tyson pre-cooked chicken crumbles or something. Hideaway - you need to try better, especially on your non-pizza dishes.

Update 9/17: Went by again with same friend after a cruise and this time the waiter kept bringing refills without ice in a regular/tall cup to refill our plastic to-go cups they give you from the start. This meant the ice kept melting and there wasn't much in there by the time a few refills came in. They brought my friend Ranch after he said "no" to the question, which isn't a big deal on it's own.. but they put mushrooms in my food when I specifically asked for no mushrooms. The garlic breadsticks and sauce were much hotter than the last time. Way better this way. They also gave us mints this time. Update 6/16: Went by again to try the pizza. I arrived 3 minutes before the time they said it should be ready and by the time I got home (5-8 min drive) the pizza wasn't really hot. It was cold enoguh you could see the somewhat hardening layer of cheese on top. That's not acceptable. They also included 2 toppings I didn't order (not all over it, but just on a couple sliced). One of those toppings are something I don't eat. I only want what I ordered. Some sliced didn't have one of my toppings on it at all. Customer service was great, still.. but food should not be cold. Since original review was 5 stars it can only go down from there, and it's going down to 4. Went with my good friend for a lunch after a cruise and we had Nick as our waiter. He was excellent. Food was good quality for the price. Not a large quantity, but that's fine. I prefer the quality and can't (and shouldn't) eat too much.

From the moment we walked into Hideaway Pizza in Conway, we knew we were in for a treat. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff handled everything with grace and efficiency. Our waiter was not just attentive, but genuinely warm and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. The pizza? Simply divine! Each bite was a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor. It's clear why Hideaway Pizza has such a stellar reputation - their pizza is truly top-notch. But what really sets Hideaway Pizza apart is the family-friendly atmosphere. It's the kind of place where memories are made, over slices of excellent pizza and the comforting buzz of happy diners. In summary, if you're looking for great service, a welcoming environment, and most importantly, mouth-watering pizza, look no further than Hideaway Pizza in Conway. It's a five-star experience all around!

Good food but check your receipt! I got the single topping lunch special pizza which is $5.99+60cents per toping,. The receipt had it at $7.19 instead of $6.59. The waitress disagreed with me when I asked her about it saying that the lunch special was $7.19 and I asked her to bring me a menu. She dropped the menu on the table and did not stop to discuss it with me. That made me feel like she felt as if she could not possibly be wrong. I got her to come back over and showed her the menu clearly showing the error. She left without saying much and the next thing I now a manager comes over and I explain it and she asked if I would like her to take the added $0.60 from my bill to which I said yes please as it is incorrect. The manager gave no explanation as to the mistake. When she came back I ask for an explanation and she blamed the computer system for the mistake and that the pizza only lunch special always rings up $7.19. At no time in dealing with this issue did the employee or manager make me feel like they had my interests in mind nor did they acknowledge making a mistake. They made me feel like I was the problem, aka not good customer service. The end result was the manager said she would talk to IT about changing the system which I doubt will ever happen, and I got my $0.60 off my bill. What is needed is training the employees to own up to mistakes and handle them. It was not a big deal but this incident left me wondering how many other people had been charged incorrectly. A simple, 'I am sorry, you are right, let me fix that for you.' would have...
