Mattress Firm Lewis Crossing — Hotel in Conway

Our Doctors Choice mattress from Denver Mattress was breaking down and failing after 9 years. After visiting a couple of different stores in Conway, we ended up at Mattress Firm where we met Kevin, who is a fantastic salesman! He is very knowledgeable of the beds in store and even of some of the beds not carried by Mattress Firm.

After testing out several different mattresses in the store, we ended up buying a king size Simmons Beautyrest Nadia Black Ice mattress (the Tom Brady bed) with an adjustable base. We got a great deal and the bed was delivered and set up within a few days.

At the store, Kevin gave us some pointers on how to break in our new mattress, and they are coming in handy. Right off, the mattress is like sleeping on a billiard table but it should soften up over time. Even with the extra firmness of the mattress, my wife’s daily back pain and sciatica has almost disappeared after sleeping on this mattress/base combo for only a few nights. I have read complaints of off-gassing with certain mattresses but we didn’t experience any with this one.

My experience was great. I went looking to try out a purple mattress since They Have a unique design/technology. The person that was working at the time was named Kevin and he did an amazing job. He was very well informed and knowledgeable about the products. He gave me Plenty of space to try the mattresses Without feeling uncomfortable. He quickly and accurately pinpointed my sleeping style and mattresses that might be a good fit for me, since I’m also inexperienced with mattress shopping. So to be encouraged to try out what the market has the offer was very nice. He also worked with me to take full advantage of the black Friday sales. My mattress was supposed to come with an adjustable base, but that wouldn’t work in my space. He was able to fully utilize the money that was supposed to be saved going toward a free adjustable base and apply it to additional accessories and in-home set up no extra cost. We'd love to recommend Mattress Firm as a first rate company who has been very knowledgeable about all their products. Our experience with purchasing mattresses from different locations has always been positive. We recently had encountered a defective mattress that did not hold up after a few years of use. Mattress Firm stood behind their mattress warranty and it was a pleasure working with Opal Thompson a customer service representative. We were later given an in store credit where we went to Conway, AR. and met with Kevin Fraser. Kevin helped us pick out a new mattress that fit our preferences. Both Opal and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to having our new mattresses delivered in six weeks and the defective ones picked up.
