Every person at the shop was very friendly, but while I was there someone had accidentally put out "peach" samples, that turned out to be "pumpkin" samples. I didn't buy many boxed or bagged chocolates, but I did order from the case, including the truffles. We are from Portland, and when we got home we were surprised to find that the chocolates that I ordered in bulk, weren't in the bag. The truffles I ordered were there, and I was looking forward to eating the Irish Cream....but when I bit into it, the flavor was Grand Mariner. I don't really like orange flavored things, so I went onto the next truffle, and instead of Rum flavored, it was also Grand Mariner. All of the truffles had the same flavor. I was pretty disappointed.....It's not like the chocolates were bad, they were just labeled wrong.....Plus I never got the hand picked chocolates that I ordered from the case. I think the cashier was a bit distracted, as there was a lot going on.....but we have some really great Chocolate stores in Portland....and that's all I had to...

This place was a total surprise! Much bigger on the inside than I thought it would be from the outside. Samples can be found throughout and I am so glad. Items I thought for sure I would like, weren't for me, and items I never would have purchased without the samples, were amazing! Prices are reasonable, and staff were pleasant. The rocky road is AMAZING! I just wish actual chocolate samples were offered, from the case area. I did not see any and no one offered me any when I was looking at the case. I know our local See's candy shops are quick to offer chocolate samples as soon as you walk in the door, so that was a bit disappointing. I also got the impression that the fruit stuff was their 'thing' but it wasn't mine. That being said, everyone's tastes are different and this place is definitely worth a stop! I know...

While camping in coos bay, I was looking for things to do and came across this place. Stopped by to check it out and they have a lot of sweet treats. From candy flavored coffee grounds to a variety of popcorn there is probably something for everyone. Although I was disappointed not to find caramel apples I was lucky enough to find the most delicious chocolates I’ve ever had. The peanut butter meltaways are amazing. So are their chocolate covered salted caramels. The service here is friendly and they’re happy to give you a taste of whatever and many samples are out and available for their products. Stop by and try a sample, I’m sure you’ll find...
