When we decided we needed a new mattress, our neighbors recommended Coos Bay Mattress Boxdrop - they had purchased several mattresses recently for their Airbnb. We went there on a Saturday and talked with Isaiah who was very knowledgeable as well as being very personable. We finally chose our mattress but the king size was out of stock. Isaiah explained how long the order would take and updated us by phone until mattress arrived. The day it came we weren’t home so Isiah left a voice mail. We didn’t check our messages until 7:00 in the evening. I immediately called Isaiah - he said they could deliver it right away. So half hour later - Isaiah and his Dad delivered the mattress. I feel that was excellent customer service - I don’t imagine there are any stores that would offer that service!! We highly recommend Isaiah and Coos Bay...

Even with the great reviews I never expected the kind of service I received, they go above and beyond for their customers.
