Vape Junkies — Local services in Coos Bay

High prices, not the most friendly staff, they close randomly for long weekends with no warning but a sign on the door. I have gone there on three different occasions only to find a paper on the door saying they wont be open till a couple days later. When someone NEEDS coils and this is the only shop around, you're forcing your customers to shop online by randomly closing for long periods of time, you're making yourselves not reliable. the last visit I had was one of those times where I ran out of coils and went in on a Friday and they had a note on the door, 'closed till Tuesday'. I wait till Tuesday and go first thing at 11am when Google said they open (I do see they have since changed their hours which is good). We walk in and who I assume is the owner opens the door for us and let's us in, we walk over to the counter, only to have the owners son(?) tell us he wasn't ready to be open yet and they're on their summer hours now so they actually don't open till 12. no laugh, no smile, I expected it to be a joke and it wasn't. So theres a long pause and and I end up having to ask if he is going to sell to us? he tells me yes but we can't buy any juice, he's not ready to sell juice yet, luckily I wouldn't pay their prices for juice when I can pay half price for a bottle of juice online. It just sucked to wait days to finally be able to go and buy what I have been waiting for only to feel like they didn't want my business. So, this time around when I was running low on coils, I bought two packs of my coils online and saved $10 (even with the shipping cost!) and no one made me feel unwelcomed or like they didn't want my business. If you want to have high prices you guys gotta at least be friendly and reliable.

To sum it up, yeah you guys are the only gig in town, but if you're not good to your customers we can just buy online and that's going to be my plan from now...

I went in yesterday (12/1/2016) and was looking to upgrade to a mod from a pen. The guy, did not get his name, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He must have taught me on the differences and pros and cons to each mod he had in the case. I had selected one he said was a huge seller and was told by people that it was very reliable and great to use. I am enjoying my new mod very much, it did short and the people that helped me today (12/2/2016) tried to help me figure it out and I was able to come home with my mod working properly. As I walked in I was greeted promptly and with happy faces. Took care of all of my odd needs. I don’t know about these other reviews but I definitely didn’t see anything but great service from them. Decent prices compared to others and great flavors to choose from. I’ll definitely be going back for my stuff anytime, and recommend everyone go there. Great people who run it.
