The owner gets famous polish soups and food from a Polish restaurant in Pompano, he has polish dumplings "pierogi" in every style/flavor, polish sausage "kielbasa" in many different flavors, authentic brined and non-brined pickles, mushrooms picked directly from the Polish forests, beers, and even water and sparkling water from Poland.
