I will never been seen again by this medical practice. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Corces today to review an MRI result from a back injury, and was called just two hours before my appointment by an extremely rude and aggressive young woman on the telephone to let me know my appointment was being cancelled. I was instead offered to be seen by the same nurse practitioner who had seen me two weeks ago (who can barely speak English, tried to sell me medication I did not need, tried to get me to purchase physical therapy sessions at the clinic before I had even been diagnosed, and who almost certainly was not trained to interpret MRI results). When I told the scheduling assistant today I did not want to be seen by the incompetent nurse practitioner, she became irate and told me to focus on rescheduling the appointment with Dr. Corces. At that point I told her I did not want to be seen by the clinic, and she hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the State Board of Medicine against this...
Read moreMy worst experience with a doctor in the USA was a nightmare. No matter how punctual you are for your appointment, they make you wait and wait and wait. It could be for 2 or 3 hours, and they seem to have no control over their scheduling. I understand the concept of being patient, but this level of disrespect is unacceptable. When you ask them to give you an estimate of how long the wait will be, they either have no idea or tell you that you could be there for a while. What's the point of scheduling appointments if they can't stick to them? I witnessed elderly individuals with various health issues waiting in a cramped and uncomfortable room. It was truly a heartbreaking sight. The receptionist is extremely rude ! The secretary is very kind but honestly Dr CORCES , you need to have humanity , respect and kind with patients no...
Read moreMy mother went here as an established patient dying of pain, as a walk in and front desk put her on schedule. The doctor went in and spoke to her as if she were trash saying he had over 60 patients and his partner 30 for him to see her. She left in tears. Don’t know what time or place they are running here or standard of care by seeing 60 patients in one day, very little regard for patient care. Do yourself a favor and find another...
