Absolutely traumatizing experience. Have been going for a while and very unfortunate they have manager Christian working there and hindering the business. Firstly, by his rude behavior when I first entered the door and me walking toward him to ask a simple quick question and getting told “they will be with , you have to wait” by Christian the manager. Already a bitter start but after sitting there for a while he was the one who attended me and when I placed the order and handed him cash to pay he accused me of handing him a fake 20 dollar bill. Mind you I thought it was a complete joke by his tone and facial expression but he insisted that it was a fake with just a glance at the bill , bills have watermarks,security strips and microprinting and can be detected with a couple of simple steps which he did none except a touch of the bill and a smirk. I was completely offended and humiliated by him and his unprofessionalism of carrying the situation. A simple counterfeit marker check or glance at bright indoor light to see waterproof marking would’ve told you otherwise. I explained to him I just came from the bank and withdrawn this money minutes ago and told him to please double check but his bitter ego and uncanny way of doing business wouldn’t let him , by far the worst experience in Miami Florida after living here more than 30 years . Visited the Coral Gables location today and they are having a Problem with understanding that if a customer walks in you service them. When they leave you can continue to work on whatever it is you’re doing. It’s not going to go away. I waited today for someone to finally ask me what could they help me with l. There was 2 other guys working which appeared to be some sort of managers and they where not even concerned with the line they had until finally they started helping customers. I have been in this location prior and it seems as if there is a lack of Leadership and the employees have no concern in regards to keep you waiting. This is a fairly new location and if the business is challenged believe me it’s your people not serving your customers the way they should.
