Extremely disappointing experience.
I was looking for some furniture for my home, specifically a sofa set. I visited this store twice. During my first visit, I spent over an hour speaking with Jack because none of the sofas on display interested me. However, he showed me a catalog, and I ended up choosing a sofa based on a photo where the color was exactly what I was looking for.
I asked several times about the color variation because I donât like purchasing this kind of item without seeing it in person. He reassured me that the difference would be minimal and that the specific sofa I chose â including the loveseat and the ottoman (puffy) â was available for immediate delivery. He said other options would take weeks to arrive, possibly between March 23 and early April.
The delivery was already delayed beyond what he promised. When the loveseat and the three-seater finally arrived on Friday, April 4th, the moment the delivery team started unpacking, I could immediately see that the color was completely different from what I had chosen.
The delivery guy called Jack, who told me to return the sofa and choose another one at the store. I was very disappointed because I had already waited a long time. Trying to be reasonable and avoid more hassle for both of us, I asked them to finish unpacking so I could at least see how the sofa looked in my living room. Even though the color was completely off â as you can clearly see in the photos â Jack insisted, very rudely, that it was the exact same color I picked. He was not only dismissive but disrespectful throughout the entire interaction.
The store failed to honor the agreement, delivered the wrong color, and had not even completed the delivery as originally promised. Despite all this, I tried to find a solution. I kept both sofas temporarily to think things through. After the delivery team left, I sent a picture to my husband, and he was shocked â the sofa simply does not match our space at all, and the color is absolutely not what we chose.
I messaged Jack, explaining again that this was not the sofa we ordered, and that it did not work for our living room. He then told me there was nothing he could do since I allowed the sofa to be opened in my home, making an exchange impossible.
Considering the high price of the purchase and the fact that the store did not deliver what was promised, I have never experienced such poor service. Jack treated me with complete disrespect, and even laughed mockingly when calling to schedule the ottoman delivery â literally laughing at my husband...

I came into the showroom and didnât find anything, he showed me a bed from a book and I chose one that was in stock. I purchased In store and opted to install myself as it is just a queen bed. I got the bed home, started to assemble and as soon as I screwed in the foot to the rail and began to pick it up, the foot split in half. The screw holes are on the far left and far right, none in the middle, however, there is an air pocket in the middle of the wood causing it to split. I contacted the store within 12 hours of purchase and told them the leg broke, the guy immediately says â this is why we recommend letting us do the install to ensure proper installation. Not saying you caused it but I can give you a leg as a courtesyâ I asked for a refund because the bed is flimsy. He became upset and started to speak very fast in an angry like manner saying âyou signed a no refund no return contract. We have many similar floor models and none of them are flimsy thatâs a good bed and I can give you a leg as a courtesyâ I told him Iâm contacting my bank but because he refused the refund and I canât have my son on the floor while waiting on the outcome of a refund Iâll retrieve the leg. Upon my arrival to the showroom, less than 24 hours later, he provided the leg and a contract to sign stating he is providing a leg free of charge and I asked where could I leave my remarks and he said itâs non-negotiable. Although the bed is defective making his contract null and void. I asked him not to speak so aggressively toward me as he was being very loud and speaking extremely fast. I normally only leave reviews to ward others of bad experiences. My grandma purchased a mattress 3 years ago and had to have it replaced which they provided a store credit and deducted from the store credit because she didnât use it right away and this was during Covid !!    Read moreI walked into the store purchased a few bar stools for my house. I notice that they had a beautiful electric fire place. I asked Jack for the measurement to see if it would fit in a built in inlet that I have. He gave me measurements then told me to go home and take exact measurement of inlet. I went home took the measurement wrote them down on a notepad and took a picture so I can have the measurement on hand. I went back to the store and verbally gave him the measurements of the inlet. He said "it should fit. if anything worst case remove the base board since bottom length of fireplace is shorter than the top." When the item was delivered I realized that the measurements that he gave me was off. So i asked if i could return it due to incorrect measurements. Jack then told me that he could not accommodate with my request and that he gave me correct measurements. I even had my GC come out to see if he could make it work but it would have been more than just removing the baseboard. Jack was not honest. My wife went into the store and jack showed her a short video footage of me saying its perfect. I then called jack and asked "how come if you have a video of me saying it is perfect, why not show full video with measurements being discussed. he stated that he does not have to show me the video and I am a liar. Funny thing is we was going back to purchase more furniture. I have done business with fine furniture multiple times. I will never again do business with him....
