Patio Shoppe of Coral Springs — Attraction in Coral Springs

I bought a travertine tabletop and four swivel bar stools about 2 weeks ago. After home delivery, I noticed a 3"x3" flaw in the finish ("sheen") of the tabletop. I called my sales associate (Jacki) and explained the issue. She said "no problem" and promptly scheduled a service call for a couple days later. I assumed the service team would come out to my home and work on the tabletop and try to re-do or refinish the flaw. To my pleasant surprise, Ben & Brian (outstanding service/delivery team) delivered a completely new tabletop. I have never experienced customer satisfaction to this degree. I would highly recommend this family-owned business in Coral Springs as the go-to store for patio furniture. Their merchandise is high-quality American-made product at a fair price. The worst service ever. I ordered over $10,000 worth of patio furniture to be delivered in 2 months. It never came. I called the store over 5 times and no one was able to help me. The owner was giving me the run around and kept telling me she would call me back and find out what the delay was. I never heard from her after over 2 months of trying. I finally disputed my order with the credit card company and got my refund. I asked around and found out that this has happened with several people I know. I should have asked them first!!! I also asked the credit card company if they have a lot of disputes against them and they said they did!!! Boy am I stupid for not doing my homework first. I give this store the worst rating ever. They should not be in the service...

Very disappointed with this place. When I went to buy furniture I told them my porch was 10 x 28 and they let me buy too much furniture just to make a sale. When I complained they let me take back one ottoman and said my contractor should have known better. i didn't go with a contractor I went with a friend who bought their furniture from them. I spent $12k. Then they wanted to clean my furniture and wanted $700 for doing it. I got them down to $475 and after 3 visits my furniture still has water stains and my water bill went up by $30. I have had my whole house, 4 rugs, 2 full size couches, 2 love seats, 6 dining room chairs backs and bottoms, 2 kitchen chairs, 2 bedroom chairs and a desk chair done for $285. Major rip off. ...
