If you've ever wondered what the self-serve coffee experience is like at this Wawa, here's all you need to know: Complete and total failure! You will experience at least one of these scenarios: 1) Coffee in their large warming containers is old and cold. 2) There's not enough coffee in the warming container so filling your cup is impossible. 3) The supply station with lids, cups, sugar, cream, etc, looks like it was hit by a typhoon and is a visible disaster. 4) Some of these supplies will not be available at all, which includes the Wawa-branded flavored cream. The food prep staff member and the drink prep staff member are slammed and overwhelmed as Wawa expands their offerings to compete as a fast food restaurant operating in a convenience store. There's no possible way for these staff members to extend any extra effort to monitoring / preparing fresh coffee, monitor supplies, or maintaining the self-serve supply station. There are usually a few other employees hanging around in the back, wasting time and goofing off on their phone. You can actually see them as there's a direct view between the drink prep area and the self-serve hot coffee station. A major catalyst for this location's failure is the fact that there's never a Manager anywhere on the floor or in the visible presence of anyone. The main questions is: Why bother selling coffee if you just can't do it properly? Aside from the store's internal troubles, there's the constant external turmoil facilitated by the high school school kids from directly across the street in the form of loitering, harassing customers and participating in general mischief to the extent that police officers have to be present to maintain some degree of order within the hours immediately following dismissal. Every Wawa receipt has a code for a survey to provide feedback. The feedback submission form asks if you'd like to get a response back from Wawa, which was answered "YES". Read moreUnpleasant supervisor, first red flag was when I overheard a customer, asking her a question. She responded back quickly aggressively and rudely as if the customer was an idiot.
As I waited for my very smoothie the young lady Preparing my smoothie, seemed upset as she complained. There was too much work for her, and she hadn't had a moment to clean, she also mentioned something about "wow believe she left without stocking anything". After hearing her complaining while making my smoothie, I thought this to be a bit unprofessional, and it made me uncomfortable. I decided it's best to cancel my order. I don't want any angry person preparing my food her and I never spoke. I discreetly walked over to the cashier where the supervisor was to ask for a refund she didn't provide a receipt which you normally get after the refund, She responded Sarcastically that only the store gets a receipt not the customer. I would've asked for a refund for the sandwich I ordered, but they already called that it was ready.
I hope someone at the regional level considers retraining, the staff at this location. Or it could be staff and even supervisor is being treated badly for them to be all angry at their job. when I visited the Wawa in Naples, none of this behavior was demonstrated

Read moreI'm an Uber delivery driver I work late hours graveyard shift and Everytime I go in there is NOBODY around so after walking around the store for 5 minutes looking for the other I'm supposed to be picking up I go to the one and only person I see it just so happens it's the same skinny blonde girl with a sleeve I go to ask her thinking she represents the store and every time she has THE WORST ADDITUDE she can never be nice😡 I goto at least 3 different Wawa's a day sometimes more and every store is different and have different ways they do their orders and when youve been to just about every Wawa every day and NEVER get spoken to in that manner because everyone else at least likes their job except for the one girl I can't even call her a lady or a woman I never get ADDITUDE like that anywhere I pick up from and all I did was ask if what she was working on was part of my order, AND IT WAS‼️I DIDN'T ASK WHERE TO PICK IT UP I SIMPLY ASKED AGAIN IF IT WAS PART OF MY ORDER ⁉️ I will get her name next time I am there and attach it to this maybe even a video because like I said it's Everytime...
