First time at the new Sephora Tuscany store. I was met with a friendly welcome and I was next to get any help I needed. Showed the product I needed so I could get familiar with it. First time to try Nars Matte Concealer. I needed help picking out just the right shade. Here comes Marcy with a bright smile ready to answer all my questions on not only the Nars product, but also just listen to me talk and just rattle on. I think too much coffee today. That was very sweet of her. Marcy matched the perfect color for me. Then she answered questions on how I would and can use the Anastasia brown duo highlighter. I use the brow Gel and Brow Powders already and love these products. Then I had questions on False Eyelashes. Magnetic and Reusable preadhesive ones. Gave Marcy some background on my makeup habits. Not liking to wear a lot and putting in a lot of time. She gave me the good and bad. No ugly, because lashes are pretty no matter what. We both agreed false lashes weren't for me and I should stick to my mascara routine. I love love there was no pressure up sales. Just ask if there was anything else she could help me with and would be putting my color selections under my account for the future. Marcy was amazing. Checking out was very helpful and very friendly and went smoothly. Sorry I didn't get this person's name. On the way out. I was thanked for shopping by Macie. We had a very nice small conversation. Letting her know how nice and professional everyone was. Looking forward to shopping at Sephora again. Taking my husband next time. See if he likes the smell of this...
Read moreI absolutely dread having to enter Sephora. You donât even attempt to hide the racial profiling/ discrimination. Sephora and Security watched me like a hawk. Security only asked ME out of every other customer there if I needed help, very loudly too. It was humiliating, he made it so obvious he was letting me know he was keeping an eye on me as if I hadnât noticed.
I was literally just smelling perfume testers before picking up my online order since I was already there, meanwhile being stared down and âinconspicuouslyâ followed. Why must you treat me so suspiciously when I give no reason whatsoever for that to be necessary? Oh wait⌠I think we know why.
I go out of my way to look especially nice when I go to Sephora specifically for this reason and STILL, Iâm treated like a bum that came in off the street corner. Every single time.
Itâs like I have to be dressed to the nines and completely dolled up just to walk into this store and not be discriminated against; and yet even when I do, Iâm still unwelcome and stalked around the store. HATE having to go anywhere near Sephora or its employees, at any location. Yâall can seriously...
Read moreI was finally able to visit this store Tuesday and was immediately welcomed and greeted by the staff. As I was searching for products, I was approached by a staff member, Victoria, who was extremely patient and took the time to explain each product I needed. She was extremely informative and cheerful and made me feel comfortable. I was finally able to wear the products she help me pick. I donât ever write reviews, but her customer service was great and Iâll definitely be returning to this store because of her and the other staffs great...
