Tried the brow bar for the first time. Not a good experience. I wanted threading and the girl, started off by saying she had no experience with threading and she was trying to get me to do wax. I told her I prefer threading. She took her time and I did not see much difference because she did tweezing. I could have done that myself. She than charged me $30 for the service full price for a service she didn't know how to do is not right. If your in training your prices should not be full price I went to the salon another time all I wanted was a quick trim nothing special my hair is already short I just needed it fixed.i was still on time the lady was almost done with her client and she heard me telling the receptionist I was willing to wait and make it quick she heard me I could have told her myself. The receptionist went to ask her and they were whispering at each other the stylist looks at me up and down and receptionist comes back and says no she won't help me. Bad experience overall here. Nothing what Ultas customer standards should be. Little no staff and no walk-ins available for any service. They had their back to us and wasn't paying attention. A few minutes later I look over and see them flick their wrist like royalty calling over a servant and they turn away again. I walked slowly over unsure but they seemed to be signaling me. I put my items down and this individual, Nathaniel -Lead Cashier looked at me as if I was a burden then began touching the register. A few awkward seconds later they say "enter your phone number." I do and they begin ringing up my items in silence. No greeting or fake customer service chit chat. It was painful and their energy made me feel like I was a problem and not wanted there. Which is bad in general, but especially for a lead. I think the girl that helped me at the end deleted my account because next time I went my account no longer existed. That's never happened to me and I had just gone to an Ulta maybe a month before and they had just reviewed my account and supposedly fixed the problem.
