I 1st started shopping here as a child when my dad would take me before or after a surf day. It's always been my go to for anything ocean related I went for my home or gifts. I'm now purchasing items for my grandson here. I was disappointed that I didn't find any surf brand board shorts for him needing a 3T, no caps for smaller boys or sandals w the straps around the ankles. I know I'll have to go to port a for more surf related items. I also didn't find a straw hat for myself w the top cut out for your bun; they're very popular now. Read moreI needed to exchange a dress, and when we explained, they ignored us and rung up our stuff anyway. It took 3 really confused people to understand that I wanted to exchange a dress. The manager said "I'm done" and literally walks away from the situation. Another guy came up and ended up giving a refund for the dress. They all got too confused on their own policies and what we needed done. And an article of clothing that I naught had a hole in it. Not going to ask for an exchange, it might be too confusing. My family went Friday morning and when checking out we were asked debit or credit and we were told that we needed matching ID if using credit which is understandable but the other people who were in front of us were not asked that. Then today we made one more stop on the way out of town but today we weren’t questioned about how we were paying at all? Also the people in front of us were told they spent enough they got a free item but both times we went and spent a good chunk of money we were told nothing.
