Gill Coliseum — Attraction in Corvallis

Great old Coliseum. I've been going to Beavers games since I was a little kid and have always loved Gill. They're making some Renovations which will make it more fan-friendly including putting in a new scoreboard and video board that can be seen from all four sides at Center Court. The name fits! No matter where you were sitting you could see everything on the floor, even when folks stood up because the HUGE jumbo-tron was positioned perfectly. Our Adult Retirement Community was in attendance for the OSU Women's Basketball game against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds on 11.21.2019 - and had a splendid time. I was the designated bus driver for this event and expected a big traffic hassle. However there was a smooth flow of vehicles and zero gridlock at the end of the game. The traffic control staff was excellent and very polite too. Highly Recommended!...
