The Financial Aid Office at Oregon State University has become a complete disappointment. As someone who worked in financial aid at another university, I know what a well-run office looks like—and this is not it. Over the past few years, this office has completely deteriorated.
Trying to get them to call you back? Forget about it. Emails? Don’t expect a timely response, if you get one at all. They’ve dropped the ball on multiple occasions and now expect students to do tasks that most other financial aid offices handle without question. This level of dysfunction is embarrassing for a university of OSU’s stature.
