Been here a few times for coffee and bagel. Usual orders are soy mocha and regular coffee but every time, they manage to make pretty obvious mistakes. Like a soy mocha that turned into a soy latte and then the barista goes and spills the coffee all over the cup. Of course they had to wipe the cup up from spilling but it left the cup sticky to hold. After I corrected the barista that it was a mocha and not a latte, he just goes and mixes a little of chocolate powder in there saying, "I got you." He's got me? What does that mean? He only added a little bit of the chocolate in there gave it to me and said there just like you ordered when the drink was a mess. Another time, I tried to order a regular ice coffee but even that drink came out wrong. How on earth do you screw up an iced coffee with milk? And they spilled coffee all over the cup again. They wiped it up handed to me and it was still sticky. Ordering bagels and watching the person make it is also another disappointment. Making a bagel with noone in front of me in line took over 10min. I watched him start a conversation with someone as he was making my bagel and then proceed to set it down as he checks around for other incoming orders. I ordered a regular bagel with butter. So, something so simple yet the staff there failed to be proficient. I'm highly disappointed with this coffee shop. After those visits, Java stop will not be a cafe I will be visiting again. The service was so disappointing that it is not...
