Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Corvallis

As a student spending a lot of time on campus, it’s inevitable that you would get a drink from here. I’ve ordered from this place several times and honestly the drinks had been wildly disgusting each time whether you get lukewarm chai, watered down americano, or a mocha with no espresso. Recently, I ordered an iced tea with light ice and instead got my order with 90% ice. I swear I only had five sips of tea from this medium sized cup. Pathetic; definitely not worth $4 per drink plus tip.

Workers here seem really immature and I’m not expecting professional, five-star service, but maybe don’t start a conversation with your co-worker while I’m describing how I would like my drink. It’s obvious that this place doesn’t require barista experience or basic customer service skills to hire someone.

i’m from tennessee & we don’t have dutch bros in the south , we only have starbucks and dunkins . i heard dutch bros was great so i thought i’d give it a try . i asked the cashier what he reccomends i her because we don’t have it in tennessee and it was my first time there . he was so nice & helpful & not only recommended a great drink that tasted exactly like my dunkin go to , he said the drink was on them !!!! best customer service ever !!! if i knew the guys name i would tell everyone because he was so nice and helpful ! 20000/10 would recommend...
