I'm not coming back. I came all the way from San Diego, 2hrs drive, to shop their boot selection but couldn't. I had to go on a tour of the place upon walking in and be harassed for what shoe size I wanted so they could order it. Well they didn't have the size I wanted to try and being harassed while I'm still lacing up 1 of 2 boots so I can even try it on is just rude. I asked if she could wait until I try the other boot but needles to say was still harassed.

Your store is cramped and overcrowded without people in it.

I came with a plan to try on Demonia Bolts if you had them in stock and in my size. I intended to spend a minimum of $200 in your store as I wanted a specific pair of boots that you had in stock. From the looks of it I could have left with $400 in boots alone, and I would have loved to. Instead, you and your staff harassed me. Kept telling me it's a man's boot. So what it's 2023, what's the problem? I asked for the size I typically wear in mens shoes. I came in to the store knowing what I was doing. Did any of you?

When I finally get a nano second of peace and I'm sitting there with one boot on trying to lace it so I could put on the other boot on and do the same, you wanted to know what size to order for me, but I haven't even finished trying putting on the boots. I said I'd let you know when I got the other boot on. Then you insisted that you need to know what size I need so that you can order it. Honey, at that point, I still didn't know. Pay attention next time. I had one boot on. How could I possibly know when I can't even try on the pair of boots I was trying to put on. That is why I raised my voice to you, you can't shut your mouth long enough to hear what's already been said or read the room, I'm still trying on the boots, go harass someone else. I too can order boots online, I certainly do not need you to do it.

I understand the appeal of this place because there aren’t many costume stores around OC but this place is so overpriced not to mention I went into today and I saw a latex dress in the sale section as I tried it on, some black stuff came off of the dress so I asked the staff for help, the woman gave me another color and said that she had tried this on before and it did the same thing and to try the other color. I proceeded to try the other color on and I was annoyed about the black stuff staining my underwear but I felt like I found a cute dress except the dress that was another color was about $50 more dollars and I tried that faux latex dress for no reason. Omg, if you like lingerie and freaky things, come here! It has everything you need and also things you didn't know you needed. The employees are all awesome, they weren't pushy and nobody followed me around like I was going to take something. Which was refreshing, considering you can't even walk around a CVS these days without having some guy with a name tag follow you around like you're some sort of criminal. These girls were totally badass, and you can tell they love their jobs. I will definitely go back there. Be careful though, it really hits your wallet! I dropped over $600 when I was there!
