Loud and Clear Music — Attraction in Cotati

I recently went in to this store and had one of the best customer service interactions I've probably ever had. I called to ask if there was a studio monitor amplifier available, and, I believe the employee's name was Forrest, told me that they had a few amplifiers that matched my request. He went back to double check so that I knew before I even took the drive from Santa Rosa and confirmed that they had a few models in my price range. I then get to the store and he takes each one out of the rack mounted storage and shows them to me and describes their features and price range. Turns out I liked on of the models and was almost ready for my purchase. Then I asked about a studio monitor switcher and he looked through several locations in the store to see if they had one like I described. It turned out that they had one in the studio monitor room and it matched my exact needs. He was a very kind and knowledgeable employee and I wanted to write him a review because I told him I would. Everything ended up working perfectly and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I'm going to continue shopping here as my default for any audio equipment needs....

One of the best selections of used music gear I've ever seen. Many guitars and amps and effects pedals. Each time you go in the selection will change. You never know which visit will have the deal that you can't turn down. For example, I had been shopping around for some stage monitors for about a month; one day I went in and found a pair of 10" monitors for $50... I've been using them for over a year and they've been great. And the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, super helpful if you want to try out any gear. They have a one-week return policy if you try out used gear. Also the Rock Overtime band camp is awesome, David is a great teacher and arranger. I've been playing over 40 years and I've found that band camp is a great way to build repertoire, learn new chops, and meet lots of fine people. I recommend Loud and Clear without ...

Loud and Clear (and Zone Music before) has always been a place I could trust and feel ok going to. With an incredible selection of new and used gear of all kinds, I know the quality is always there and the staff is experienced and knowkedgeable. And they are local! Just this past Monday... Nevel at Loud and Clear blew me away when he called and asked me to come in and pick up the 6 piece beautiful (and vintage!) drum set he wanted to give me because he knew I was looking.to replace the one I lost (firestorm, Coffey Park, yada yada yada) It's just in time for my next gig and it has everything. I cannot thank you enough brother Nevel! So listen up players.. put the freakin' phone down and get over to Loud and Clear before pushing the wrong button, kapeesh?
